I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

My second time staying here, and both were fantastic. Responsive host. Great, safe location. Perfect for 1 or 2 people and, with the washer and dryer, great for a long-term stay.

I stay here 2-3 times each year and always love my stay. It’s comfortable, cozy and clean. Love how clean the linens and bedding is as well. Thanks so much as always.

Victor was an exceptional host, reaching out before check-in to ensure everything went smoothly, even with my last-minute booking. He was incredibly helpful and informed me about the charming café in the building—a gem for coffee and delicious breakfast options. The space itself was small but beautifully furnished, thoughtfully stocked with essentials, and the bathroom was a standout with its modern design and luxurious rain shower. While the building was a touch noisy at times, it didn’t detract from the overall peaceful and enjoyable experience. Victor’s attentiveness, especially in promptly providing fresh towels when I extended my stay, made this a truly delightful visit. Highly recommend!

House was amazing felt just like home! Quiet neighborhood. We really didn’t have any complaints form the other guest only that they where amazed when they walked in. We would love to stay in this home again some day.

This is a cute 3 bedroom space that is clean and new. I felt very comfortable here. Sabrina gave great directions (very helpful, since it's in a newer neighborhood), and was very responsive. Great deal that was perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend this, and will almost certainly stay here again.

Was very satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean. The house was clean and ready for us upon a arrival, we were very apprecitive of that. Linens and towels were neat and smelled clean! Conveniently located close to everything one could need or want to do. We will definitely book agsin if were in the area. Our stay at Nicole’s Airbnb was wonderful! Nicole is an incredibly friendly host and helped us with all our requests. The house is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by gorgeous nature. Inside, it’s very cozy with stylish decor, clearly made with great love and attention to detail. We especially loved the fantastic outdoor jacuzzi and enjoyed breakfasts outside under the tree. The home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need and filled with beautiful decorative touches. You can tell this place was created with genuine care and professionalism. I highly recommend it, especially since it’s conveniently close to Sequoia Park. The entire area around is stunningly beautiful with plenty of amazing locations to explore.

This was my 3rd time staying at Allen’s condo. He is extremely communicative and friendly. Had absolutely zero issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to make my family a meal. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable and homey.

Steve’s place was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and I really hope it’s available next time we’re in Fresno. Steve had the place very well stocked, and it felt like home. The extra attention to details to welcome us was very appreciated. The added security of being in a gated complex was also reassuring. Communication was top notch. I give Steve my highest recommendation!!

clean space & comfortable environment

The apartment met my expectations very well—clean, comfortable, and spacious, just as shown in the photos. The condominium had restricted access and was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended

Where do I begin?!?!? When we walked into the space, my jaw dropped. The photos were nice and very accurate. The energy of the space was peaceful and relaxing. The decor was modern. The kitchen had tons of extras. Things that I have at home, not normally found in most AirBNB's. The bed was very comfortable. The bath was extremely clean and that shower! It looked just like mine at home with the rainfall shower head and great water pressure. The space wasn't cluttered at all. We appreciated the attention to detail. We loved the open space design. We felt safe and secure. Kiaro's listing should be the standard for AirBNB's. I need to go look at the others they have available! The communication was great as well. I recommend with all of my chakras! Peace... 💙

Kimber's place was beautiful and she was so responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely book with her again.
