My house is in the middle of a village built around a village green. Your flat has its own entrance. My flat is suitable for couples, singles, business travelers, and families (up to 4 kids). Grocery stores & restaurants can be reached by car within 5 minutes.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

I rent out a very sunny and bright apartment only 7 minutes walking distance to the metro station Ober-St. Veit. The aparrment has a spacious living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with mit bath. A terrace can be used in summer.
