Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. You will have your own separate parking/entrance, but are welcome to enjoy our cozy fire pit, stylish treehouse, and backyard access to the network of snowmobile trails.

Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The suite includes a newly renovated bath with rain shower and radiant floor heating; W/D; lounge and kitchenette w/ work table; and a large bedroom. 3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor day. Cottage #2 is a classic one-bedroom with soothing beach colors and well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and updated finishes. It is outfitted with vintage and modern decor mixed in. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and utensils for those times when you may just want to stay in and cook. Private fenced backyard with a gas grill, table and chairs. Just a short 5-minute walk, to the beach. Yes we allow pets.

Steep Falls Escape, river & falls just steps away

Bright and pleasant 1 bedroom apt with separate entrance, gas fireplace, enclosed porch and large kitchen. Spacious yard to enjoy with pool, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.

Blueberry Hill

Beautiful property located on Watchic Lake in Standish Maine. Clear clean spring fed lake. 25 minutes to Portland with access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 45 minutes to North Conway New Hampshire. Where you wil find plenty of shopping, restaurants and winter skiing. Property includes use of Main Chalet home year round and two additional cabins each sleeping 4 are available from May-Oct. Great for extended families and friends.
