On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

This was the perfect base for our weekend away. The accomodation was clean and homely in beautiful surroundings, and Silvana was a fantastic host.

Lots of space, clean, comfortable and good location. Liz is a great host, made us feel welcome and was quick to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen and Tom's place. Our hosts were helpful throughout whenever we made contact. The Stable is a cosy place tastefully decorated throughout. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect place for our needs visiting family in the area…..everything you need for a short stay including unexpected iron and board which my partner was delighted to find as his shirt was crumpled by the journey! We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Washington. Het huis was superschoon en rook heerlijk. De directe omgeving is prachtig met mooie wandelroutes en veel te doen. Voor een makkelijke maaltijd kan je terecht in de lokale pub.

We stayed at Andrea’s and Steve’s place over the weekend, it was so lovely and exactly as described. They were very accommodating, helpful and always responded. Great location, I really recommend staying here and we are hoping to stay again soon! Thank you again x

This was lovely! There was coffee, tea and croissants. It was a 20 minute walk to whistable where there was a lot of lovely pubs. There was a lot of recommendations from the host - couldn't ask for more and would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our night in this beautiful, quiet, clean place. The breakfast was a really lovely touch and we really enjoyed it whilst sitting out on the patio, listening to the birdsong and sipping our proper cup of coffee. We'll definitely be back.

We fell in love with this place at first sight. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. My partner is a chef, and it’s usually very hard to find a place he’s happy with — but here he cooked every day for three days! The apartment is cozy, full of thoughtful little touches, and just a joy to be in. Everything is super convenient, and the views are absolutely stunning. One of the true highlights of our trip was the summer house — a perfect, quiet spot to sit and read comfortably. Julie was wonderful — always in touch, she met us when we arrived and saw us off when we left. Truly the best kind of host. An amazing stay overall — we went for walks, relaxed, and came away feeling completely refreshed and in love with the whole experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Andrew was waiting for us and made our arrival very welcoming. The Annex was clean and comfortable. The food that you provided was appreciated. We had a couple of scenic walks around the pretty village and enjoyed our journey on the Bluebell Supper train.

Lovely quiet location with a nice view from the bedroom. The room was closer to the house than expected but we never saw the host after arriving and certainly didn't feel like it wasnt private enough. The room was a great size, the bed super comfy and the shower room fantastic. Overall a lovely night away with the setting and surroundings providing the rest and recuperation needed.

Must be one of the best and best value AirBnB in West London. Accommodation is excellent with highlights being; very clean, large comfortable bed, modern bathroom, comfortable living kitchen, great sheltered sunny outside relaxing area, innumerable well designed and thought out details that make this a home from home. Hosts are very helpful and kind with lots of suggestions for places to eat, etc. Their suggestion to go to Hampton Court Palace by the Turks boat was the best possible way to arrive and only £10 return. Highly recommended!!

Sarah’s Garden Suite is perfect for getaways in the East Sussex area. She was helpful and kind and her breakfast was fresh and well cooked. The garden space was also really lovely after a busy day.

We had a pleasant stay in Lewes in Steve’s Airbnb. Everything you could need can be found in this small but cosy accommodation. We found welcome treats for us. Importantly it was spotless & the bed was very comfortable. Easy to access transport to various locations & festivals. The centre of Lewes itself is within walking distance with taxis readily available for returning to the house!

Rented this my parents to stay for 4 nights and they were very pleased with the high standards of everything in the flat! Very clean, tidy and with all amenities needed for the stay. Christy as host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Can highly recommend this property 😀

I had a lovely relaxing stay at Little Saltspring. Carole and Peter were there to greet me on arrival and were so friendly. The property was peaceful and cosy and Carole and Peter have put a lot of thought into equipping Little Saltspring with everything you could possibly want/need for a great stay. I also loved the very pretty garden with two separate seating areas to enjoy the sound of birds and soak up some sunshine. It was the perfect base for me while visiting friends and relatives. Such a lovely couple. They were extremely flexible with us. They live close by so they greeted us. We were assured that if any problems arises they would be solved. Thank you so much for providing us with such an accommodating stay. Would be sure to stay again and would recommend to anyone else!

This place was an ideal size and done to a great standard. very clean and not far from the high street. highly recommend for a couple.

The Rose Cottage was for us very pleasant and conveniant. My wife and I were here two nights. The day in between we visited our daughter and her Australian boyfriend who lives and works in London. The reception by Reginas husband was very warm, we felt welcome immediately. It was very conveniant that there ware all kinds of food and drinks for breakfast. Plenty of cutlery and a good, sharp kitchen knive, which is very rare in an AirBnB accommodation. The contact with the host Regina was perfect. She reacted promptly on every message or question we send. A fine extra is the use of the beautiful garden and the terrace. Also a plus was the nearby train station, indeed a 2 minutes walk. From here trains run to Waterloo Station. In short, the Rose Cottage is a very good place for visiting London city and sleeping in a less busy place nearby.
