Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Weehawken Township

Siamo stati in questo alloggio per una settimana. Tutto era come descritto, Elsie ci ha “seguiti” da lontano ed è sempre stata reattiva per rispondere alle nostre domande. Location molto ben collegata, in circa 15 minuti si arriva a Time Square dalla fermata davanti casa (NJ transit). Alloggio pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio, ha proprio pensato a tutto. Unica cosa che aggiungerei, una luce all’esterno con sensore volumetrico, per poter aprire comodamente la porta quando si arriva a casa di sera. Complimenti Elsie, e grazie! Se un giorno passi per Roma saremo lieti di darti consigli utili per ammirare la nostra città.

That apartment was great for our family of 5 with room to spare. Kids were excited for the bunk beds! Entry into building and apartment was very straightforward. It was a 5-10 min walk from the path station which was very useful for sightseeing in manhattan. The apartment was clean and convienient. Anytime we needed anything, Kevin (the manager of the apt I presume) was very quick to get it sorted. Anytime you book an AirBnB in the NYC area, you're worried that it will be cramped, dirty etc. But this place looked exactly like the pictures, was clean and convienient and had a fantastic view from every room!

My second time staying here, it was great as before. The special touch on top of the beautiful place, is how kind and helpful Alan is. Definitely recommend this stay to other guests!

Vue magnifique sur Manhattan by nigth ! La balade aux alentours est tranquille et agréable. Le quartier est plutôt calme. Il faut compter 15mn de bus de New York ou bien faire la traversée en bateau. Samuel est réactif à la moindre question. Je recommande !

Le logement est très bien situé à deux pas de l’arrêt des bus pour Manhattan. Ils passent toutes les 10 minutes, par 3 ou 4 aux heures de pointes et vous déposent à Time Square en 20 minutes ! Hyper pratique. La vue et la promenade le long de l’Hudson sont incroyables. Il y a une supérette et des restaurants à un pâté de maison. Le logement est impeccable, propre et bien tenu. India est très réactive en cas de questions ou de problème. L’environnement est très relaxant après l’agitation de Manhattan ! Je recommande vivement !

Prachtige locatie, met geweldig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Host reageerde altijd snel en vriendelijk. Prima busverbinding met de stad, 30 min tijdens spits en 15-20 min buiten de spits.

First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

Jamie was great!! She always responded quickly and resolved anything we needed quickly as well! The apartment was great, fit 5 of us well and looked exactly like the pictures she posted. The area was wonderful for our NYC trip — very close to a bus stop and made our travels easy. I would definitely stay here again!!

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

El check in fue muy sencillo. Viajamos en un grupo grande y no todos llegamos juntos y Benjamin fue muy atento y dispuesto a tener la casa lista para el que primero llegaba (incluso aunque era algo antes de la hora del anuncio). Luego la casa es hermosa y muy cómoda por sus instalaciones y x la ubicación. Súper recomendable para quienes visiten New York pero no quieran estar todo el tiempo en una ciudad tan concurrida. Hoboken es tranquilo hay de todo. La casa está cerca de la terminal y cerca de la costanera con una vista de NY increíble. Si volviera a NY seguramente me alojaría nuevamente en Hoboken y de ser muchos incluso buscaría q sea en la casa de Benjamin y Amandine.

Das Apartment hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem, sodass ich sehr gut schlafen konnte. Natürlich ist der Weg nach Manhattan hinein von Rockaway Beach aus nicht der Kürzeste, das war mir aber von vornherein klar. Innerhalb von 75 Minuten war ich „mitten drin“, ob ich mit der Bahn oder mit dem Schiff gefahren bin. Supermarkt und das empfehlenswerte „Restaurant“ sind auch fußläufig (5 Minuten) erreichbar. Auch als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich in der Gegend sicher gefühlt. Dass man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß bei schönstem Wetter am Strand war, hat das Ganze noch abgerundet.

Our stay was very comfortable and Anil was extremely responsive to our questions, despite the fact he had a medical issue that required a trip to the ER. We enjoyed card games outside in the backyard and the house was cozy. We weren’t used to the voice controls coming out of nowhere, but that didn’t really bother us too much. There were low ceilings in the basement, and my son, who is 6’ 4”, had to slouch down to walk around. He didn’t mind because that was his only complaint. He said the bed was comfortable (they all were!) We loved the serenity of the water just across the way, and a nice touch was that the Greentree Country Club, where we had our wedding reception 27 years ago, was just down the street! Would return!

We had a good time in this house with the family. Within approx an hour, we were able to be in Manhattan thanks to bus S51 + Long Island Ferry (free) or bus SIM1C. The buses are not included in MTA 7/30-Day unlimited sadly... We would come back with pleasure. Thanks for the stay

place was as described. havi g the separate room downstairs was perfect for friends who wanted privacy. only issues...no mugs, glasses, cooking utensils, plates available in downstairs room which was equipped with a small kitchenette. if u are concerned with someone above u...it can be a bit noisy from upstairs especially during our sleeping hours as those guests came in very late at night. the kitchen upstairs could use some cleaning sorting of the drawers as the contents were dirty and jumbled and hard to see what was available to share with the downstairs unit

This place is great!! Very clean and spacious. Our family stayed here while visiting New York. Just a short drive away. The apartment is located in a very quiet Neighborhood. Lots of stores and restaurants close by . Overall good experience and the upstairs neighbors were quiet, didn’t even know they were there . Definitely recommend staying here ,and we will definitely be looking the stay again in the future. Host was friendly and quick to respond with any questions.. Very happy with our stay!

Estefany and Athia made us feel very welcome, always on hand to offer helpful advice and suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The bedroom is a good size and offers a very comfy bed. The bus stop is right outside to the city and is only 20 minutes to the city, I’d recommend purchasing the 10 day pass/discounted ticket option as you’ll use 2 a day and perhaps the 7 day metro card which you can use unlimited on the subway. The views are stunning from the property and it’s located in a safe neighbourhood.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to the Hudson River with amazing views across to the manhattan skyline. Transport links were great too - we were able to get across to manhattan for all the sightseeing trips we had booked quickly and smoothly. AJ was an excellent host. Very quick to respond and so helpful with our enquiries. All his responses and instructions were very clear. We would recommend this property to friends and family.

If ever in the area will definitely try to book again. Area parking was the only issue. Other than that it was a top tier space. Blessings 🙏🏽

We enjoyed our stay. Parking is easy, apt clean and comfortable. Our room on 3rd floor, needs strong arm to carry luggage to room. Heater didn’t work well on first night. Host was very responsible to get it fix the next day. Fast in his response, giving us good advice to move around.
