In 8 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz - the centre of East Berlin. Perfect for couples, also with child, cot and high chair are available. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Netflix is available on both TVs, as well as a fast internet connection (250Mb/s), washing machine and Nespresso machine with capsules selection.
