There is a small outside area with a grill and we are pet friendly for small dogs. We are a 2 minute walk to the Salty Mermaid & Acme shopping center. Street parking. There is newer flooring in the bedrooms and living/kitchen area,fresh paint, decor. The laundry room is a SHARED space. We do not provide linens(towels/sheets). No under age 25 groups.
