We chose this apartment based on its proximity to the start of the Manchester marathon - it was great to be able to avoid the trams that morning. Having said that, at other times, having a tram stop so close meant that it was very easy to get to the city centre. Media City, with plenty of restaurants, cinema, theatre is also easily walkable. Communication with Daryl was great - he was very responsive to my questions before we arrived. We thought there was an issue with the hot water while we were there but we had a quick response to our message about this, quickly explaining the issue. I was slightly worried that the process for collecting the key seemed a bit complicated but actually Daryl’s instructions and photos meant that it was straightforward. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. It was great to have two en-suite bedrooms. Overall we were very happy with our stay here

Nick was very helpful and accommodating as we weren't sure of our ETA. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable. Location was perfect for our needs, with amenities nearby.

The apartment was clean, and my son loved the cereal and milk left, that was a nice touch. We booked it to got to a Man City game and it is practically on the doorstep. Great location. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow.

Very helpful and great host

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

The apartment was excellent in all aspects, clean, practical, and the view was very beautiful. The furniture was very good and contained all the necessary tools. The only remark was that I requested to replace some of the cleaning tools, but unfortunately the service was poor.

Thank you for such a fab stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Manchester visiting friends. The venue is beautifully decorated, and very modern. I just wish I’d had enough time to enjoy a soak in the bath. Would definitely book again when back in the area.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

It was a fantastic place to say - lovely comfy bed, beautiful living room and garden. Would 100% reccommend!

Suzanne’s place was brilliant. Lovely cosy house with everything we needed. The perfect spot for visiting family nearby. Beautiful garden, great for a trip with dogs and children. We thought the Easter egg, bread and milk Suzanne left was a lovely touch. Thank you x

Fantastic apartment everthing you could want home,not for everyone but we appreciated the HUGE tv and loads of channels,I took ill while away so it was great distraction Other residents lovely Can’t recommend this place enough And James was a fantastic host supa fast at responding and loads of recommendations 👌🏽

John was so helpful our entire stay. Very friendly, happy to share some places to eat and walk. I am 7 months pregnant and asked of we could use their air con (even though it wasn't summer) and he promptly got it out and set up for us - made me so much more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My little bit of heaven. Absolutely love staying here. Immaculately clean, all the amenities I need and the occasional visit from two beautiful little cats. A beautiful place to stay with a homely feel, the apartment was decorated beautifully inside. Such a peaceful place to stay for a getaway break! Would highly recommend! Richard was very welcoming in making sure that everything was good for us during our stay. Will definitely be back soon for another wonderful stay in this lovely area!

Really nice air BnB, easy to communicate with the host, amazing location. Also the bed was very comfortable!

From the moment I arrived I was warmly welcomed by my wonderful hosts. After a tour of the apartment I settled in immediately, feeling at home and very relaxed. The kitchen and utility room are well appointed with everything you could want (plus treats for canine & humans, throws, dog beds and towels etc.), the cosy living room has a VERY comfortable sofa, dining table/chairs and a cabinet full of things to entertain every member of your family (including your dog!). The king sized bed is very comfortable and the room is tastefully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere, guaranteed to enhance sweet dreams. The bathroom is wonderful-not only is the shower a generous size but is lovely and powerful but the whole bathroom has plenty of space and is very cosy with plush towels a plenty! I didn’t try out the spa bath but it is available for people who prefer baths instead. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Sue and Kevin’s apartment (not forgetting to mention their two lovely labradors)
