I had the most wonderful experience staying here! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by, yet quiet enough for a relaxing getaway. Our host was absolutely fantastic — communicative, kind, and thoughtful, with great local recommendations and attention to every little detail that made the stay extra special. I especially appreciated the personal touches that made it feel so welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, stress-free stay. Lovely place. We were two couples who stayed in the Annex for a night. We were blessed with super weather so we saw it at its best, with lovely countryside views and the opportunity to eat our breakfast outside. The two separate rooms, each with en-suite and each with a small kitchen area suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable, everything was super clean and there was plenty of space to park. A great spot a couple of miles from Malmesbury.

This was the perfect place stay for our weekend in Bradford On-Avon! The lovely garden studio was exactly as described, with everything you needed and a short walk from the restaurants/shops/sights. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and so friendly, giving lots of local recommendations. Thank you so much, would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Bradford On-Avon.

A wonderful oasis of tranquility. Spotless, well equipped with a beautiful garden. Jean is a wonderful host, friendly, helpful, flexible & unobtrusive.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful annex, clean, modern and treated like royalty with delicious breakfasts and treats! (Our 1 year old loved the fresh Croissants! Thank you!). Hope to return in the future.

I cannot recommend this accommodation more highly. The self contained apartment was of a very high standard, set in beautiful grounds that the owners have clearly put a lot of hard work into, to create and maintain. The hosts are very friendly. The area is beautiful with great countryside walks on the doorstep along with the incredible River Test. Local high quality pub within walking distance an added bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to return

It was a pleasure to stay with Beth. The place was beautiful and exceptionally well-kept. The best part was the location where you wake up inside a lovely rustic building surrounded by a beautiful farm. When we get a chance to go to the Cotswolds, we will go back there again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for calm after a day of exploring the Cotswolds and Bath.

Our stay at The Bothy was extraordinary. Richard greeted us at check-in and was sure to give us the lay of the land. He was also very helpful with recommendations for local eateries, as well as for things to do and see in the area. The cottage itself was very cozy and included all of the things my husband and I needed for our stay. The grounds surrounding The Bothy were our favorite thing —- so peaceful and very intentionally kept. We do hope to have the privilege of returning in the future. Many thanks to Richard and Lizzie for opening up their space as a serene getaway!

Ken was very accommodating and helpful. the place was exactly how it was described. it has the basic amenities to be self-contained. definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay at Diana's Garden Room! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless. Diana had thought of every little detail – a lovely selection of coffees, teas, and even some delicious biscuits waiting for us. One of the highlights was spending the evening by the fireplace, completely relaxing and unwinding. You can tell a lot of care and love goes into this place. It’s the kind of stay that makes you want to come back again and again. 100% recommend!

Elizabeth's place was an excellent choice—exactly what I needed: a peaceful retreat during a busy conference. The environment is quiet and the garden is beautiful, offering both sensory and physical rest. Liz is a kind and thoughtful host. She welcomed me warmly, explained the parking clearly, and had even prepared some fruit and refreshments before my arrival. The space was clean, tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a restful and well-cared-for stay

Place looks just like the listing, down to the last detail. Spotlessly clean and private plus easy to access and leave. Walking distance to central Bath, took around 10-15 minutes and public scooters available if you don’t want to walk (parts of Bath are rather steep!) the free onsite parking is a godsend and rare for the area. Can’t recommend enough.

Lovely little annexe, had everything you would need. Good wifi signal which i needed to teach lessons online during my stay. Town is lovely with all the shops you would need for a short break. Excellent value for money.

Lacock is fabulous. Clubhouse Cottage is exceptionally placed for enjoying the delights of the village and surroundings. Furnished and maintained to a high standard. Recommended.

Very friendly hosts. Everything clean, cosy and homely. Attention to detail leaving essentials and a lot of nice extra goodies. Would stay again if allowed.

Beautiful place - calm, idyllic space in such gorgeous surroundings. The road down to the air bnb is quite uneven and a mixed terrain but just take it slowly! The space is so homely - we loved the fire. We absolutely adored our time here. Ingrid even brought us some salt when we said we were low. I would just say make sure to pack shower gel and toothpaste - perhaps our fault for not bringing! Would definitely stay again 😊❤️

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at Letitia's annexe. Absolutely gorgeous property, perfect for 2. Such a generous welcome pack, and everything you could possibly need. Did some lovely walks along the river and down to Buscot House. Letitia and Spencer were friendly and approachable but still gave us plenty of privacy. We were really lucky to have fantastic weather as well. Highly recommend!

Lovely weekend at the Loft cottage. Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with very nice walks at a short distance, which is great as we had our dog with us. 5 mins away from cozy little village of Lechlade, with some nice pubs. Despite having a main road right behind, it was very quiet during the night. Good communication with the hosts and very easy check-in/out. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would consider it again for the future.

Nous avons adoré notre court séjour d’une nuitée. Tout était impeccablement parfait! Nous sommes allés prendre une marche en ville (tout à 10-15 minutes de marche) après avoir fait une petite lessive. Shaftesbury est une petite ville magnifique. Nous sommes revenus nous faire à souper, tout le nécessaire pour la cuisson et la confection y était. La nuit a été très paisible et le lit très confortable. Merci Christine et Rob!

We had a fabulous stay with Joel and Hannah! Beautiful annex with everything you need, plenty of walks on your door stop and lots to do. We couldn’t have asked for more - thank you for having us!

We could not have wished for a more relaxing break. Lovely to see Gay and Jonathan again, as welcoming and friendly as ever - you could not wish for better hosts. The studio is a joy to spend time in and is very well thought out and cared for. When we did tear ourselves away from it (it's so peaceful and relaxing to spend time in!) we easily filled our time with a variety of things to do from the doorstep. Exploring BoA itself: the Tithe Barn area and the area called Tory, with its great views and lovely gardens. We also did walks to Iford Manor, Freshford, and Limpley Stoke (great pub with imaginative menu and lovely outdoor space!). Canal and river walks so pleasant and easy. We had some lovely food out but also found it perfect for picking up bits and pieces locally (including a good Sainsbury's, which we walked to along the canal) when we decided to cook for ourselves. We have booked to come back, can't wait for our lovely little 'mini' break!

Have stayed here on numerous occasions now and it feels like home from home. Always immaculately clean on arrival. Private..comfortable..peaceful location. Perfectly located for visiting local historical monuments like Stonehenge..Salisbury Cathedral..Avenbury Stone Circle to name a few. Highly recommended host and stay
