Μόλις 10’ από το κέντρο, το λιμάνι και το αεροδρόμιο, προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα στη Σκιάθο, το Αιγαίο και το καταπράσινο τοπίο. Το μοναστήρι της Ευαγγελίστριας απέχει 2 χλμ, ενώ ανατολικά βρίσκονται οι παραλίες Νικοτσάρα και Μέγας Γιαλός. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν τρία εστιατόρια. Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

Green Nest is a newly renovated studio apartment in the heart of Skiathos Town. It’s ideal for a couple or 2-3 friends. It’s on the ground floor of a traditional stone house, under Yellow Nest on the first floor of the building. There’s a nice outside area -yard- for you to enjoy your coffee/drink. Πρόκειται για ένα συγκρότημα από 5 ίδιες ολοκαίνουργιες βίλες 60τμ στην περιοχή του αεροδρομίου. Κάθε βίλα έχει 2 επίπεδα και 2 υπνοδωμάτια. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα μαζί με το σαλόνι και ένα μπάνιο καθώς και το πρώτο υπνοδωμάτιο. Ο άνετος καναπές-κρεβάτι του σαλονιού μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 2 άτομα σε 180x200cm. Στον επάνω όροφο, το δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο στη σοφίτα βρίσκεται με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.
