Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Landhaus am Wasser

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und Ihr habt es ganz für Euch allein. Es liegt direkt an einem Kanal, der zwei Seen verbindet und verfügt über zwei Terrassen, eine davon direkt am Wasser. Faßsauna und Whirlpool sind zur Alleinnutzung im Garten vorhanden. Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Freut Euch auf zwei Bäder, zwei Elternschlafzimmer, zwei Jugendschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Lounge für Kinoabende.

Das freistehende Ferienhaus (ca. 70 qm) mit 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad einer großen Terasse und eigenem Garten befindet sich in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage in Schulzendorf und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Berlin und Brandenburg (z.B. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

Desde aquí es fácil explorar los alrededores o hacer excursiones a Berlín, Potsdam y la campiña circundante. En invierno podrá relajarse en la ducha de vapor. Ehemaliges Künstlerhaus in der Nähe Berlins: Unser Haus mit großem Garten,wurde in den frühen 30er Jahren (URL HIDDEN) ist nahezu im Originalzustand erhalten und strahlt durch die Verwendung von ökologischen Baustoffen und Farben eine helle und warme Atmosphäre aus. Die Einrichtung ist einfach und persöhnlich. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt liegt unser See mit 2 sehr schönen Badestellen. Das Biosphärenreservat Spreewald,das Schlaubetal und Berlin sind ca 1 Stunde entfernt.
