As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with panoramic views over the polders and bordered by wild dunes from which you can hear the sea. ’t Zwarte Anker consists of 2 entities: the house and the barn. You have the cottage in its entirety and you will always be the sole occupant of the premises.

There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and shower, and bed and bath linens are provided. A large living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. And the icing on the cake is a private parking space.

Deze gezellige woonboerderij, hof Mettenije ligt aan de rand van een dorpje op een rustige dijk. Midden tussen de akkers, in alle rust en toch vlak aan zee met prachtige grote zandstranden (2,5km). Het huis (ca 200m2) is geschikt voor grote gezinnen/families (10 p). Eventueel en indien beschikbaar is de naastgelegen guesthouse erbij te huren (2-4p). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en volledig energieneutraal.
