Un paradís aïllat excepcional. Vam estar-hi allotjats una setmana per visitar l’Algarve i vam estar-hi en parella i amb la nostra gosseta que va estar-hi encantada. La Silvia ens va facilitar les instruccions per arribar correctament a la casa (no seguir el gps). El lloc és molt tranquil, aïllat i s’hi arriba per un camí de terra aplanat entre vinyes. La casa és de fusta i molt grossa i espaiosa. Té una terrassa grossa tancada ideal per estar-s’hi llegint o jugant a jocs de taula. La casa està ben acabada i aïllada i té mosquiteres a totes les finestres. La cuina està molt ben equipada amb tots els utensilis i alguns ingredients bàsics. El jardí és ampli amb una piscina molt neta, de la qual la Silvia se n’ocupa diariament sense molestar. La Silvia ens ha facilitat qualsevol necessitat i n’estem molt contents; repetiriem l’estada sense dubte.

Claire’s home is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to make you feel at home. The garden is absolutely amazing, a little corner of paradise. We also enjoyed the little bar and shop that is only 3 minutes walk from the house. The closest beach is only 8 minutes drive, Lagos 25 minuets, etc. We recommend parking the car down the street as it’s not so easy to drive in and out if you don’t have experience with driving on narrow streets that go up and down :p.

Fijne plek met een waanzinnig mooi strand in de buurt. Huis is fijn met veel plekjes om het huis om altijd in de zon of schaduw te kunnen zitten. Ook fijn dat de ruimte om het huis is afgeschermd met begroeiing en een hek ( ivm kleine kids). huis voelde heel schoon en met zorg ingericht. fijn aankomen met lichtjes aan en wat te drinken in de koelkast, ruim genoeg handdoeken en overal fijne geur en zeep etc. Heerlijk vertoeven in de hangmat en op de veranda. maar het adembenemende strand zo dichtbij het huis was echt het allerbeste.

Casa May is an idyllic place . The house is set in a beautiful garden which merges into the surrounding bush. Set about a kilometre from the main road , it epitomises peace and quiet.

Richard and Jules are great hosts who respond quickly to our messages. They provide lots of info on the house and area. The house is easy to find, just minutes from the N125, with convenient keybox check-in. Located by a not too busy access road of a neary hamlet. The living and kitchen area are beautifully designed and well-equipped, with Wi-Fi, a large smart TV, pellet heater, big fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, small dishwasher, and essentials like Nespresso pods, tea, and soap. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for our five-night stay. The bed, though only 140 cm wide, is comfortable, and there’s bedroom AC. The bathroom is tiny but stylish, with a small water heater that reheats quickly. The outdoor area is private and well-kept, with fruit trees and seating for a relaxing ambiance. While the bistro set is charming, a larger dining set would be a welcome addition. The jacuzzi was great. We did have some trouble with the parasol’s stability, even in calm weather.

Such a peacefull place, nice, quiet, nearby the beach. And Carlos is so supportive and very friendly. We can recommend without any limitation.

Foi ótimo ter a possibilidade de passar uns dias no monte das buganvilias! A Isabel e a Madalena são pessoas muito acolhedoras e que criaram um espaço que revela isso mesmo! Espero ter a possibilidade de regressar novamente!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Es war alles da, was gebraucht wurde. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Toller Garten. Alle Räume ware mit frischen Blumen dekoriert, Kaffee stand bereit. Gerne wieder. Volle Empfehlung von uns.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. So nah am Meer hatten wir noch nie übernachtet. Luz ist ein sehr entspannter Ort und wir haben täglich gut gegessen. Die Felsen vor der Tür sind sehr schön zum spazieren und der Sandstrand im Dorf wunderbar. Das kleine Häuschen ist gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Wir haben sehr den Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer und von der oberen Terrasse genossen. Wir würden gern wieder kommen.

Rented for 3 months while I moved from the UK to Monchique. Ze was very helpful and responsive when I had a couple of problems during the stay. Ze had things all sorted for me within a very short space of time.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Pedro et Vitor, la maison et un petit bijou. Il y a tout le nécessaire sur place avec plein de petites attentions, le jardin et l'emplacement est idéal pour les vacances à la plage praia de Luz qui est une petite station balnéaire magnifique : la plus belle 🌟🌊🌴🌅. It was our second stay with Sonia and Pedro and we loved it. We arrived on very short notice and in the late evening, but Sonia arranged everything and communication was perfect. We will definitely come back 😉

This is the second time we have stayed at Monte West Coast (different houses each time), and it was just as perfect as the first. Catarina is an amazing host and staying on the estate is such a pleasure. The space is exactly as pictured. It’s kept pristinely clean, even cleaned extra during our stay each day. There is always fresh bread and breakfast items waiting, which makes each morning relaxing. And, everyone is super nice and helpful, making sure we had what we needed. It’s easy and convenient to get to the many beautiful surrounding beaches, but feels secluded once you get back to the house. It’s really a beautiful experience! Perfect getaway from Lisbon. We will keep coming back!

We had the pleasure of meeting Joanna and Jorge during our stay, and they were absolutely wonderful hosts. We made a last-minute booking late at night, and they graciously accommodated my family and I without hesitation. The location is incredibly peaceful, with serene views that made it the perfect escape. The home is brand new, beautifully maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The views, both to and from the house, are breathtaking. Coming from Miami, this was such a refreshing change of scenery. We were traveling with two toddlers, and they had a blast playing in the backyard near the pool. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Casa do Porto was so lovely and comfortable, and perfect for us and our dear friends to have a reunion! Marina was so kind and helpful, and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to either stay here again, or recommend it to other guests!

Really nice and cozy place right next to to a beautiful beach. Just a ten minute walk and you are at the seafront. The house was very well equipped with everything you might need. We really appreciated the two electric heaters as it was a rather cold week. I can totally recommend staying here!

Olá! Wundervoll. Mit meinem Mann und unseren beiden Kindern haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Fernanda! Es wurde täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden auf Anfrage immer frisch gewechselt. Wir fanden auch den leicht abgelegenen Wohnort super, mögen wir gern. Wir kamen mit unserem Mietauto überall hin und hatten in Aljezur leckere Restaurants und einen Einkaufsladen. Wir sind super zufrieden gewesen. Ja die Küchenecke ist klein und fein, daher haben wir hier und da mal einfach gekocht und fürs Frühstücken reicht es gut aus. Fernanda hat uns total freundlich in Empfang genommen und auch die ganze Aufenthaltszeit über gefragt ob wir ansonsten etwas brauchen können. Auf warmes Wasser muss man in der Dusche etwas warten, aber damit kamen wir auch klar. Die Wachhündin Vanilla haben wir auf Distanz ins Herz geschlossen, sie mag fremde Leute erstmal anbellen, doch ab Tag 2 war sie mit uns einfach auf Beobachtung und wollte nichts weiter. War für uns kein Thema. Es war alles prima.

Sònia’s place is fabulous. It’s very newly and stylishly decorated with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Impeccably clean and with a peaceful view we had a totally relaxing stay. The local recommendations provided by Sònia were perfect for our exploration of the stunning West Coast beaches. Easy parking right outside. We really enjoyed meeting Sònia and Pedro and watching their donkeys grazing in the far field from our patio. This was one of the very best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. I really hope we can come visit again one day. :).
