This brand new house is located near the city center and most popular beach in Zadar .The house consists of two apartments with separate entrances and the roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and sunbathing area. Both apartments are fully equipped and have two bedrooms, living room with dinning room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are air conditioned. Our guests have free parking ,WiFi and barbecue.The entire house is available exclusively to our guests and all facilities are private.

Apartment Mikulandra on the beach 2

Apartment Mikulandra 2 is new and modern apartment situated on the ground floor with its own terrace and a spectacular sea view. It contains a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. It also has SAT TV, wi-fi, airconditioning and nearby locked parking. The terrace in front has a BBQ you can use while watching the beautiful sunset. There are two sunbeds for you.
