Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Apartman se nalazi u lijepoj i čistoj prirodi.Nedaleko protječe bistra i pitka rijeka Cetina(150m).Ima pogled na planine.Ispred se nalazi veliki bazen sa ležaljkama(dostupan od 1.lipnja do 20. rujna) i voćnjak pun raznog sezonskog voća .Kuhinja je opremljena frižiderom,pećnicom ,perilicom ,kuhalom za vodu i priborom za kuhanje .Kupaonica ima kadu i tuš kadu,dostupno je i glačalo kao i ručnici.Sobe su prostrane ,mogu primiti pet gostiju.Apartman je klimatiziran i ima novi namještaj .

Fully equipped apartment in a superb location - at walking distance from all attractions of the old Split, the beach and the port. Bus number 37 runs, every half an hour, between Airport and Local bus station that is according to Google maps 7 minutes walking distance from the apartment, but I need less than 5 minutes. Neighborhood is quiet. Shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport are close to the apartment. It is easy to find free street parking near it.

Apartment on the second floor of a newly renovated 600 year old house. It is located 200 meters from the Golden gate (main entrance of the ancient Roman palace). You can take a 15 minute walk to the nearest beache or you could also take a bus. The famouse park-forest Marjan is also near by. There is more than enough restaurants and bars not even a minute or two away! If you are looking for good time, or some peace and quiet, here You will definitely find both!
