Villa Host is est. 2025 by familly Vuletic. We put all our love and tourist expirience in our villa (we are hosts for more then 11 years), and we would like that all our guest fell like home. Villa is situated on 1400 m2 land, consists of 4 bedroms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, large living room, fully equiped kitchen and 2 wardrobe. Outside space consist of large swimingpool with sunbeds, kids playgound (swing, toboggan and trampoline) covered summer kitchen with dinning table, lawn, and lott of trees

Hi, Our apartment found its place in a small Dalmatian village called Gornja Podgora, just 5-7 minutes (about 2,5 km downhill) away from town Podgora by car. Down there you'll find beautiful beaches, the popular ones and also remote and intimate ones. It is perfect for those who would like to escape the everyday rush and replace it with the beautiful Mediterranean scenery. You 'll have your own floor with really astonishing view. P.S. Zalasci sunca s naših južnih terasa izgledaju čarobno, dok sa sjeverne terase pogled pada na planinu Biokovo čije otkrivanje preporučujemo ljubiteljima nedirnute prirode.

IMPORTANT(for period of high season 15.06.-15.09. because it’s impossible to find parking during that period): Guests can chose one of two options for parking: Parking on the street in front of the house is FREE of charge but it is a city parking, NOT PRIVATE one and can’t be reserved, so in case you use the car often I can offer you a ticket free of charge for the near-by parking place.

In ground floor there is dining room and kitchen in one, on first floor there is bedroom with bathroom and on the second floor there is a living room with a bathroom which can also be a bedroom for two people. From the parking place there are stairs to the house. Around house there is a huge great space for relaxation.

Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.
