The apartment is in the center, the seafront on the waterfront. It has two floors, terrace with a beautiful view, living area with kitchen, bathroom and a room with a low ceiling in the gallery. In living room there are 2 sofas and in the sleeping part of the gallery there are 2 beds . Fully equipped and very modern. Outside the door you step on a beautiful promenade which extends over 1 km to the beach Zlatni rat. The sea is in front of the house and the nearest beach is 50 m distance.

The apartment, situated in a peaceful location very close to the center, has just been renovated. It has 1 room with 2 single beds (beds can be connected to 1 large size bed), 1 bathroom, kitchen and sofa (large sofa bed) and big terrace with sea view. Apartment is on a great location, 5 minute walk to city centre, 15 minute walk to the most famous beach, Zlatni rat /Golden Cape. Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.
