Cambridge's world-class museums, gardens, galleries and colleges; superb selection of restaurants within short walking distance.

Our bright basement flat benefits from its own private staircase and small outdoor patio area. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, and just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. Five minutes walk from shopping areas and historic sites, this is an ideal base for exploring Cambridge. Guests have the use of the entire apartment which consists of one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen, living/dining room and decked patio area. Sorry no children or pets. Non-mobile babies are welcome. Strictly no smoking or vaping. There is no on-street parking.

Our 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

Fully stocked kitchen, shower room with basin and WC, dining table / workstation upstairs in the large bedroom / sitting room area (5x4m). Fast Wifi. Private access through side gate to street. There is a small courtyard garden between our house and the property. You're welcome to use our garden to sit out if you would like.
