We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

E' stato un piacere per noi poter soggiornare nella villa di Andrea nel weekend di ferragosto. La casa è bellissima e molto grande, perfetta anche per gruppi di molte persone ed è dotata di tutto il necessario per poter cucinare e fare qualsiasi altra attività. La piscina ed il giardino sono il pezzo forte, il giardino è grandissimo con anche una rete per giocare a pallavolo e la piscina è super confortevole. L'accesso alla casa è un po' nascosto inizialmente essendo su una strada sterrata, ma si può tranquillamente percorrere facilmente essendo solo un breve tratto. Nei dintorni della casa ci sono moltissimi bei posti da visitare e anche ristoranti in cui mangiare, tra l'altro c'è anche un supermercato Eurospin a neanche tre minuti di macchina dalla villa. Andrea è sempre stato disponibilissimo e super reattivo a tutte le richieste e domande che gli abbiamo fatto e sempre pronto a soddisfarle. Casa consigliatissima, esperienza bellissima.

mooie locatie voor een grote groep of familie met de 8 slaapkamers en 8 badkamers, doch het zou duidelijker moeten zijn dat de huizen alleen via buiten met elkaar connecteren, ieder huis heeft 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. Dus er zijn ook 2 keukens.

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Sono molto soddisfatta del soggiorno presso l'alloggio di Simona, che è davvero molto curato, accogliente e che offre ogni comodità. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo scelto l'alloggio di Daniela per un viaggio di gruppo e ci siamo trovati splendidamente. Daniela è gentilissima e disponibile e l'alloggio era davvero perfetto, siamo sicuri che ci torneremo!

Lovely old house, full of character, sense of history, spacious and well maintained. Gardens are very beautiful, lemon and lime trees in terracotta pots, shaded terraces and sunny ones next to the large swimming pool; all very private and peaceful. Caprarola and surrounding towns are interesting and picturesque. Alvaro readily answered any query and was helpful and welcoming, as was Steve the host in all our communications.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

It is a huge villa with an excellent view of the mountains of Umbria (awesome sunrises!). Well equipped with actually everything you may need for your long stay. What we liked the most were the grapes that could be eaten straight from the vine. There are plenty of other fruits in the garden (if you come at the right time of year, of course). Last but not least, Jacopo was an excellent host, quickly responding to all our questions and inquiries. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

La casa di Francesca e Vittorio è un paradiso a pochi km da Roma L' interno è curato nei minimi dettagli, soprattutto la stanza padronale ,magnifica veranda coperta dove abbiamo goduto di colazioni indimenticabili, esterno con piscina pazzesco,vi sembrerà di essere nelle campagne londinesi. La cucina è un sogno , super attrezzata , la vista verso l' esterno al tramonto vi farà dimenticare di tutto! Consigliato per chi ama la campagna e la natura, la cagnolina Elisabetta ci ha fatto compagnia per tutta la durata del soggiorno, check in flessibile, host amichevoli! grazie di tutto siamo stati benissimo!

unser aufenthalt war einfach wunderschön! angefangen mit dem check-in, bei dem alles reibungslos geklappt hat, haben wir ursula und ihrem vater kennengelernt, die beiden sind wirklich super lieb. sie haben uns alles gut erklärt und wir haben uns direkt wohl und zuhause gefühlt. das haus liegt sehr versteckt, umgeben von einem riesigen haselnussfeld, feigen und andern bäumen. wir haben die ruhe sehr genossen, viel zeit am rießigem pool, oder auf der terrasse, mit grill und sogar pizzaofen verbracht. es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht. auch die ausstattung im haus war top gepflegt und blitzsauber. wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ❤️🇮🇹

Esperienza impeccabile, casa super accessoriata non mancava nulla neanche la camomilla, ideale per chi volesse passare un periodo di relax senza nessun pensiero con una vista lago incantevole, se si potesse assegnare piu stelle lo farei. Francesco come Host è stato super disponibile anche piu del dovuto. Super consigliata!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es war alles sehr sauber, wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und es war alles wichtige vorhanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde vorher nochmal gereinigt und war einwandfrei. Der Grill war auch sauber, sodass wir ihn auch direkt nutzen konnten. Der Check-In und Check-out waren sehr einfach und sehr flexibel. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war auch sehr gut. Sie haben immer schnell geantwortet und schnell reagiert. Super Gastgeber. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vi var två veckor hos Rosanna med våra döttrar och fyra barnbarn. Huset är perfekt för stora familjer med sina tre lägenheter. Alla lägenheterna var mycket mysiga och bra inredda. Barnen älskade poolen som var stor och ren. Många solstolar och bra parasoller. De tyckte också om pingisbordet mycket. Vi åt alla måltider utomhus, antingen vid den trevliga matplatsen eller i soffgruppen. Vi åkte till de två sjöarna och badade samt till havet. En dag turistade vi i Rom. Allting låg inom rimligt avstånd med bil. Vi fick suoerb service av våra värdar som hjälpte oss med alkt, bla att boka en akut läkartid. Vi fick färska ägg som gåvor vi flera tillfällen och även grönsaker från trädgården. De gav oss många tips om allt möjligt och svarade väldigt snabbt på meddelanden. Riktiga toppenvärdar som gjorde vår semester oförglömlig. Vi vill gärna komma tillbaka.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in Christians wunderschönem Haus und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Der Garten und der saubere, große Pool waren natürlich das Highlight. Alle vier Schlafzimmer haben Moskitonetzte und Klimaanlagen, sodass wir kühl schlafen konnten. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche waren vorhanden. Christian war die ganze Zeit erreichbar und hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Sein Freund Alberto hat uns beim check in empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Er kam auch alle zwei tage, um den Pool zu überprüfen. Das Haus liegt total ruhig in mitten der Natur und ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen (zwar Schotterweg, aber gut zu fahren). Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses schöne Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus von Fabio sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist natürlich der Pool, der wunderschön mit Blick auf den Olivenhain liegt aber auch durch die Sonnenschirme ausreichend Schatten bietet. Dass es so viele Bäder und klimatisierte Räume gibt, macht den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und wer das im Urlaub sucht, kann hier den perfekten Urlaub verbringen. Um in ein gutes Restaurant gehen zu können, muss man mit dem Auto fahren. In der näheren Umgebung sind Orvieto und der Bolsenasee sehenswert, aber auch Rom, Siena und Assisi sind für einen Tagesausflug erreichbar, wenn man die Autofahrten in Kauf nimmt. Das Einchecken ist unkompliziert und flexibel.

We had a great two weeks at Grazia’s house. The outdoor space was fantastic, especially the pool area. The pool is great for children all sizes and was maintained throughout our stay. The full size table tennis table was enjoyed by all of us. The house is traditional, but homely and well equipped. The bathrooms work fine but do need upgrading. AC throughout, which was needed as it was very hot. Would recommend for a family if you want a peaceful stay and enjoy lots of time outside.

The place is beautifully decorated and has an amazing garden! There were little flowers everywhere in the grass and the many sitting areas outside make it possible to move with the sun :) There is a fireplace and a grill and there wasn’t a day we did not spend the evening around the fire talking and playing games. The kitchen is also equipped with salt and other spices which came in very handy Although the place feels very secluded you can walk into the next little city which is beautiful. The only neighbors there are Gigi and his wife who are incredibly nice! We were gifted baked goods and got nice help when grilling. We also spent a day in Rome which is an hour train ride from the villa and it worked really well (there’s also help with the public transportation system provided in the villa). The parking place is big and well lit. We would however recommend to bring indoor shoes or thick socks as we were not prepared for the cold floors. All in all we were really happy! Would recom
