A charming retreate getway from busy city life. If I were a writer I would most likely create a master peace whilst staying at Villa Sperling. The accommodation is a great getaway with a magnificent view from the terrace of Santa Flavia and Sicily and is only 17 kilometres east of the capital Palermo. Note you will need a car to get you around. The garden is wonderful idyllic and peacfull with fresh fruits, Oranges, Lemons and Grapefruit. Overall we had a wonderful stay whilst cooking Sicilian food speciality’s with accompanying wines from the region. If I were to add a negative connotation it would be that the coffee stove top moka coffee pot was to small. The kitchen could benafit from a coffee machine, apart from this the flat is very well equipped and has all the creature comforts of home.

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Great host, very flexible and problem solving. We came back and there was an ants invasion in the bedroom. Marino was very kind and offer us immediately his next door apartment until he solve the problem. Great experience!

Het verblijf in het appartement van Claudio en Giuliana was geweldig. Het huis is in een rustig straatje, maar vlakbij de levendigheid van Piazza Magione en bijna alles is op loopafstand. Het heeft de luxe van een prachtig dakterras, en een buitenkeuken! Er zijn twee prima slaapkamers en de woonkamer is klein maar fijn. Het is fijn dat er verschillende mogelijkheden zijn in het huis: de woonkamer is koel en donker voor op warme dagen, en het dakterras is heerlijk voor als de zon niet te heet is. Kortom: een aanrader!

We loved our stay in Fina’s apartment and felt immediately at home in Terrasini. From the flat there are two beaches within 10-minutes walking distance, and another one ca. 30 minutes walking distance. There are dozens of great places to eat and drink immediately outside, and everyone was extremely friendly to us. The apartment also has a large terrace that’s perfect for sunset dinners. We fell in love with Terrasini and would absolutely come back.

Zeynep's apartment was wonderful--spacious and in a great location! Although it is in a busy area (and accessible to everything), it is on a side street that was very quiet. Zeynep was also a wonderful host! Communication was great and they helped us out with luggage storage. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The apartment was excellent! Very good location, close to everything, we had a great time! Extremely comfortable bed, good equipped kitchen.. the host was even kind enough to rise the temperature in the apartment after asking. The only thing I would add is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The walls of the apartments on the floor are really thin, you can hear the conversation from the apartments next door. We didn’t mind because we didn’t spend much time inside. But it is good to know if someone is a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend!

Addio al nubilato perfetto. Consiglio tantissimo l appartamento di Silvia, un vero gioiello nel cuore di Palermo. L’appartamento è davvero meraviglioso, curato in ogni dettaglio, elegante e raffinato. Per non palare della terrazzina con idromassaggio. Siamo state benissimo in 5, spazi perfetti e Silvia è stata impeccabile, fornendoci tutte le info per rendere magnifico il soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di benvenuto, stuzzichini, vasca gia pronta all’uso e la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli al checkout. Poi la casa è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è davvero comoda e in centro citta. Consigliatissimo.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut um Palermo zu Fuß zu erkunden. ( Man muss gut zu Fuß sein,auch um die steile Treppe hoch zur Wohnung zukommen!) Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, und die Terrasse ganz wunderbar! Besonders gut läuft die Kommunikation mit Viviana, sie antwortet wirklich sofort und die Liste mit den Restaurants war Klasse! wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

It was truly a privilege to stay at Lucia's custom built flat. It has the perfect blend of rich history and morden amenities. The view from the rooftop patio was out of this world and the flat was so close to all the major sites and yet completely isolated from street noise for a good rest. If you are lucky enough to find her listing available, you need to book it now! We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Lucia for a wonderful experience in Palermo!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. 🌞 Ce logement est calme, propre et à une superbe terrasse donnant sur la montagne et la mer. Je recommande cet appartement pour toute personne cherchant un endroit calme où se détendre. Gaetano a été très réactif et serviable, ses nombreuses recommandations ont été très appréciées et nous ont permis de découvrir les alentours. 😁

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alda war bei kleinen Problemen sehr hilfsbereit gut erreichbar, außerdem gab sie uns beim Check In einige Empfehlungen für Restaurants o.Ä. Wir haben einige davon getestet und waren total begeistert! Alles super sauber und ordentlich, sehr ruhig und auch an Grundausstattung alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Leider war das Wlan nicht zu jederzeit 100% stabil, hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört.☀️ Danke!

We had a wonderful stay in Cefalù, and this Airbnb was perfect in every way. Aurelio, who helped us check in, was incredibly friendly and kind. He explained all the things we could enjoy in Cefalù, and when we couldn’t find laundry detergent, he even brought some to us himself. Since we were in the middle of our trip, being able to do laundry was a big help. There was even a drying rack and clothespins, and the sunshine made drying clothes easy and pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a cheese grater and a moka pot, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The apartment is on the rooftop with a skylight above the bed — a really nice touch — and the balcony was a great place to relax. The location was perfect, and parking was easy too. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cefalù.

Wow what a great space . Nice Terrace . The art work is specatucalt . Luigi grettign us with his little baby (dog) was everything . So sweet and we felt right at home . Tere is a parkling lot that comes wiht the space which is uper imprtant in that area ! He ended placing us in a lot because the street closed down , but it was all seamless and well done ! thank you for the beautful bottle f wine and your beautful home ! Location is extremly close to all teh amazing resruatns in Palermo Center . And close to the extensive walking market where you can spend days on end .

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Great location in one of the most beautiful places in Sicily. Apartment is well laid out and convenient. Located close to a large selection of wonderful restaurants and related amenities. Very helpful house keeper and who was always willing to assist. As for Antonio, easy to communciate with and very responsive. All in all spent a wonderful month in Antonio’s place and would recommend it as a great place to stay.

Tolle Unterkunft und ein toller Gastgeber. Ein tolles Badezimmer mit allen möglichen Bad- und Pflegeprodukten. Der Kühlschrank war mit Joghurt und Wasser gefüllt. Es gab Kuchen und ausreichend Kaffee. Die Kommunikation mit Giuseppe war tadellos. Er war sehr entgegenkommend und unfassbar freundlich. Die Lage ist super und wirklich authentisch. Ein grandioser Aufenthalt.

Très beau séjour dans ce bel appartement offrant une vue superbe sur Palerme ! Luigi à été très accueillant, nous a même offert une bouteille de Prosseco pour célébrer la nouvelle année. L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la rue piétonne où de nombreux restaurants proposent des spécialités et autres ! Merci encore !

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The apt was clean, well appointed and the hosts were both very helpful and easy to communicate. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with glassware and dishes. The view from the rooftop terrace was magical! Beautiful view of both mountain and sea. The hosts were very helpful in securing a taxi for our trip to airport. Rob and Francesco were wonderful hosts!

Mooi appartement, mooie inrichting, vriendelijke ontvangst, flexibel. welkom met ontbijspullen, koffie, flesje wijn etc. erg fijn huis, de trap viel mee, auto kon je parkeren op minder dat 10 min. lopen. appartement midden in de historische binnenstad. schitterend plaatsje veel restaurants en winkels. kortom: geweldig.
