Private room is separate, secure and quiet-so no access to main house is available. However, host family is on-site to answer any questions and make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Hosts are long-time area residents who have owned and lived in this home for over 10 years. A directory of local shopping and restaurants is provided, along with complimentary wi-fi and cable TV. The home is in a unique and desirable location and offers easy access to village life and the beach from a quiet residential neighborhood. It boasts access to city parks, tennis courts, golf, and trails for biking and hiking all nearby. Originally a speakeasy in the 1930’s, we’ve maintained its character while at the same time converting the bar area into a convenient kitchenette and adding a new modern bathroom. The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.

Our furniture is hand made from sunny California reclaimed wood. Our organic luxury hybrid mattress is foam/coil for ultra comfort. Fluffy down comforter in cold months. The suite boasts a vintage style tub, record player, faux fireplace, Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, 55 inch smart t.v, table/chairs, antique tea table.

Treetop Oasis with a Balcony and Mountain Views

This guest suite blends vintage furniture and artwork with a 70's-inspired decor. Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

Come lounge in style in the Hollywood Hills. This private 1-bedroom rental has everything you could need- large bedroom, kitchenette, living room, bath, and a huge enclosed covered porch. Our spacious one bedroom guest apartment locates separately on ground floor of our home in Silver Lake. There's big bedroom with queen size bed , big bathroom with shower/bathtub, hallway with entrance door to the street, fully equipped eating area but no kitchen sink/stove. Parking is free at curb. Most suitable for guests who just need a comfy place to sleep. We currently HOST ONLY ONE GUEST. Pls kindly read through our rules before booking.
