Excellent apartment with outstanding facilities and perfect for our stay with local amenities and easy travel to Universal Studios

I stayed in an incredibly artistic building right by the ocean, and it was everything I hoped for. The space had a creative vibe, stunning ocean views, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, functional, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and inspiring spot by the beach.

We really enjoyed staying at Anastasiya’s place! The beds were really comfy and super clean. The lights in the apartment are also a nice touch and create ambience. The bathroom needs a little tlc but other than that our stay was awesome 😊 super close to Disney and easy to get around to local coffee shops/food if you have a car everything is around 10min away.

I felt right at home, in this very private condo with private parking and balcony. It was much more spacious than anticipated. Great location walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and downtown Santa Monica and the beach. Perfect for a morning stroll before a work day and or a leisurely weekend. My work trip felt like vacation. Will stay again.

It was home away from home from the moment we walked in--peaceful, comfortable, light and airy, open floor plan, tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. Rajvir is always an amazing host and we were fortunate to stay in one of her places again. The neighborhood is perfect for walking with gorgeous landscaping and the on site work out facility is an added bonus.

Nice spot in a great location. Great apartment, would stay here again. Clean and modern. Finding the parking spot was a bit of a quest, but other than that had an amazing stay.

Fifth time staying at one of Lucas N Jay's apartments. Great value...love the location. Great communicator. The pool and hot tub/gym were great!

Kitchen has everything you need. Laundry was easy to use. The house is comfortable and clean. Neighborhood is nice, about 5-10 minutes from the corner of Washington & National, where there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Target is about 15 minutes walk in the other direction, but I’d recommend uber. The bed was comfortable but on a pallet instead of bed frame, so it wasn’t great. I messaged the host and she advised they would fix soon.

AMAZING! AMAZING! Did I mention it was amazing? I just can’t say enough about my visit. I have had a slew of not so good Air BNB’s as of late. Ones that didn’t match descriptions, no basics like coffee, laundry but being your own tide pods, and like a 5 page checkout….NOT here…it was perfect. Coffee, creamer, great bed, beautiful bathroom and that was the fanciest potty I have ever used….thank you Tori! I am super bummed my work won’t be bringing me back but if I come to visit on my own you’ll be hearing from me again. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in good air bnb’s!

Had an exceptional time at this house. The host was very responsive and fixed everything promptly. My family stayed for 30 days and we really loved that it had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend staying here.

This was my very first experience staying at an Airbnb, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. I stayed for 16 nights and truly enjoyed every moment. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and street parking was always easy to find. The home itself was very well-equipped — it had everything I needed, from pots, utensils, and dishes to a nice selection of spices and even a Brita water pitcher. The large Samsung TV with an impressive variety of channels was definitely a bonus! The washer/dryer combo was straightforward and convenient to use, and the bidet in the bathroom was a good addition that made the stay even more comfortable. The only thing that didn’t quite suit my personal preference was the mattress, which was a bit too soft for me. However, that’s just a minor point in what was otherwise a wonderful experience. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would easily rate it 5 stars. Highly recommended!

This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! I would 100% recommend staying here! We have already talked about another trip back out! Thank you, Danny, for being such a wonderful host!!

Yongda was a wonderful host. Was very quick to respond when I messaged. I went out the front door without a key and shut it and locked myself out. Yongda had me back inside within minutes of reaching out to him. The house was wonderful inside. It was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

We really loved Ali's place! The space was beautiful and spacious! Me and hubby came out to celebrate our anniversary and we wanted something unforgettable and this place delivered and exceeded our expectations! The apartment is right above some amazing bars and a little cute convenience store! It's walking distance to a lot of different fun bars, shopping and galleries. We were able to walk to the fashion district and shop/eat. Thank you Ali for everything! I will definitely be staying again!

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Overall very happy. This Condo had all the comforts of home. Having The Golf Cart made all the difference. Would highly recommend and stay again.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

This was our second trip to Catalina but our first time staying in Hamilton Cove. We will definitely come back. The location has so many amenities but downtown is still easily accessible by golf cart. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and private beach. Trevor’s place had all of the sports equipment you might need which was really nice and the view is stunning.

Nice place and area. Closed to ferry port. Closed to downtown. We enjoyed strolling around the island using golf cart. Clealiness of the house , we’ll rate as 8/10 we found some hair on the hair dryer and hair on the bath tub. Some stains on the hand towel in the kitchen and plates have some food stains on it. But overall we’ll rate 9/10. We’ll definitely come back again in the summer with family.

Let’s just say Catalina Island is just expensive.. we got lucky with Hugh’s place. It was super spacious, if anything too big for the 4 of us. There was plenty of room for my 4yr to enjoy himself. The pool and everything about the complex was great. Hugh and Cela was awesome with their response and hospitality. Having a golf cart was a PLUS.. we all enjoyed cruising around the island with it.. Super duper chill and laid back.. we all had an amazing weekend.
