Lovely spotless apartment with beautiful hotel-style bedrooms and bathrooms. Not a huge amount of relaxed seating for more than 3 guests, but it was fine for us. Great location a few steps from multiple bars and restaurants. Jodie was friendly and helpful, and we had a fabulous weekend, thank you.

Absolutely perfect apartment. Beautifully furnished and exceptionally equipped with all you need for a relaxing break. Very clean and bright. Every inch is aesthetically pleasing and lots of interesting magazines and books to relax with. With two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is excellent value. There were so many thoughtful extras provided too. Plenty of high quality coffee, tea and other beverages. Fresh milk, bread, butter and fruit as well as cereals, spreads etc. Sue is a very lovely hostess and made sure we had a great stay. All set in a fabulous village location in the Cheshire countryside. 100% Recommend a stay here.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to city centre where there is plenty to occupy everybody.Communication from host was excellent, property stunning, location quiet and private. Facilities at property were first class, clean and comfortable. Many thanks to Mike the host for letting us share his home and beautiful city Chester. Hope to return soon and will definitely pass on details to family and friends.

Andrew was a really friendly and flexible host. His property is in a prime location a stones throw from the city centre and the racecourse. Free parking in a quiet location is a huge bonus too!

A gem of a find. A beautiful, spacious flat which was spotlessly clean and filled with lots of thoughtful touches. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden which our two little dogs loved exploring! Situated on a quiet country lane but close to Cheshire Oaks and Chester, and you can walk to the zoo. This place was perfect for us, a home away from home. Thank you Andrew, Anna and Stewart for being such great hosts!

Karen waa very communicative. The place was fantastic, clean, and near everything. Im a history buff amd it was really cool to stay in a 17th century converted church.

Just an amazing place, easily the nicest place we stayed on our 6 week vacation. A wonderfully comfortable and roomy suite for our last 3 nights before flying home. Very close to Liverpool, Chester and more. Highly recommend.

A lovely, private spot, convenient parking and not far from the city centre. Helpful instructions from the host. We stayed two nights while visiting relatives and it was just right for us.

We had a lovely time staying at Frog Manor. Richard was very helpful and flexible and the home and grounds were vast and beautiful. We were lucky enough to be there on a hot weekend so we spent a lot of time at the outside patio area, where there is a hot tub, outside bathroom and a great outdoor cooking space with a gas bbq, outdoor sinks and counter space. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Overall I couldn’t recommend Frog Manor more!

We had a lovely couple of nights in Tracey's lovely home. It beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had comfy beds so 2 great night's sleep! The lounge was great to kick back and relax in with a glass of fizz. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. Great location- walking distance into Chester and all it's charm and great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tracey

we had a fantastic stay , the cottage was in a fantastic position for walking into Chester and enjoying the surroundings area. It had such a calming ambience and had everything you needed for a very comfy stay away from home. It was extremely clean and well looked after property. We will definitely be back 😁

Lovely place and really great host - top communication and instructions. Would 100% go back. Only down side is downstairs shower pressure but it does the job!

A self contained apartment with everything you need to cater for yourselves. The perfect location to relax, unwind and enjoy rural Cheshire.

Good location, very short walk from the main shops, restaurants and bars. Noki stays are very proactive with their communication and send a video on how to get into the car park and where the property is located. Note, if you are staying in no.9 your car space is right at the very end of the car park on your left (literally the last space on the left as you drive into the car park, next to the wall).

Very nice apartment; comfortable, quiet and appears to be well maintained. For us, the provision of a parking space was crucial to our choice: especially in a town like Chester which has many narrow roads where parking can be problematic. Easy check-in due to the very good communications from the Host. Several (independent) fast food places and mini-supermarkets are within easy walking distance, so supplies were never an issue. Also within easy walking distance were the City Walls, and the other attractions that Chester has to offer. So, all in all, a successful trip for us.

Beautiful clean property in a really central location. Lots of shops and food options nearby. The private parking was a big plus for us. We are a television production company and stay in a lot of different accommodations. This one was well up to standard. Overall excellent.

Very clean place, there is a large supermarket nearby, you can walk there, the owner responded quickly to any questions, the bed was very comfortable, a very pleasant stay

We had a great stay at Holmes Chapel. The apartment is just beautiful. Clean spacious and has everything you need. Great hosts, very informative helpful and welcoming. Lovely little village. Food and drinks were lovely at their cafe below the apartment. Highly recommend the Chinese next door also :-) we will definitely be back and recommend to others. Thank you :-)

This is listed through Airbnb, but it's a corporate apartment in a block of either new or renovated apartments in Chester. The check-in process has several steps outside of the Airbnb system, including an additional deposit nearly equal to a 2-night stay. This is in the description, but I missed it, so I am stating it here again so someone else does not. The communication was copious and contained all of the necessary details for access (by front-door code and lockbox), Wi-Fi, and the other house rules. The space itself was a good value, with a kitchen/living room with a TV, a bedroom, and a nice bathroom. There is also a single unit washer/dryer, which was enough to get my clothes done. The location is great. There is parking for the apartment block, and a larger city lot around the corner. I would stay here again, but be advised that the check-in process is longer due to the extra steps and you need to plan for that if you , like me, are a last-minute traveler looking for a room.
