The Seaglass Cottage by the Bay is located in the charming & beautiful neighborhood of Ocean Park just a quick 5-10 minutes stroll to the Chesapeake Bay beach. Our vintage beach house from the 1940’s has been fully remodeled and decorated in local art and beach décor. There are beautiful live oaks on the property and 3 private parking spaces for you and some first-come-first-serve street parking in front of the house. Easy load in with a ramp into the house and a mudroom for all your beach toys.

Enjoy Oct. & Nov. at Va. Beach--average day temp. 60-70 degrees. Just steps or bike through a nice area to the beach, restaurants, culture, The Dome, Convention Ctr & other activities. Take a 10-min. walk or bike to the beach (7 short blocks). No traffic or parking hassles! We are close to I264, several military bases & Hilltop Shopping area. This is a quiet neighborhood & convenient location. Perfect for couples & solo travelers. NO animals or pets allowed! NO children under 13 yrs. of age!

We are within 4 miles of Norfolk Premium Outlets and IKEA, and are within 5 miles to Virginia Wesleyan and 15 miles to ODU. Newly renovated modern studio condo, owners personal getaway now open to guests. This corner unit, the largest and most private in Oceans ll Condominium complex, is on the 3rd floor and offers beautiful, expansive views at both sunrise and sunset. Just off the boardwalk with community pool, this unit sleeps three. Right on the oceanfront, you won't find a more peaceful getaway! Beach chairs and towels provided. Please note: due to the open layout of the building, there is no elevator.

Carriage House at the Historic Church Point Manor

Relax in the luxurious Carriage House: a 3-bedroom French-country style retreat at the historic Church Point Manor (circa 1860). Restored in 2021 with modern amenities, the Carriage House features a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, each with its own private, full bathroom. Enjoy our private nature trail, tennis court, and lush gardens. The Manor has hosted some of Virginia Beach’s most VIP guests, including President Obama, and is also listed on the city's Historic Register.

Our studio includes a reserved parking space, saltwater pool, large BBQ deck area and a lawn on the beach. This small oceanfront complex is a great place for couples or a small family.

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided.

This newly renovated Beach home is primarily Wheelchair assessable.This is a ground level unit with a handicap assessable entrance, 4 bedrooms , dining, bathroom.This is a DUPLEX there is another rental above this unit. This home has a private entrance side and Back yard. The beach is only 500 yards away. Beautiful semi-private beach has a real neighborhood feel.
