The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.

Unsere kleine Gästewohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen, eine Matratze kann für eine dritte Person bereitgestellt werden. Außen in Bau! Für den Anblick von Ziegeln, Holz und Baumaterial im Hof enschädigt unser gemütlicher Garten im hinteren Bereich. In der Nähe befinden sich die Cselley Mühle (Konzerte, Kultur, Essen, Weinbar, ... 5 min zu Fuß), der Familypark (7 min), die Oper im Steinbruch (7'), die Mörbischer Festspiele (20'), das schöne Rust (10'), Radwege, Seebäder und Eisenstadt.

Es bietet bis zu 4 Personen in 2 Schlafzimmern Unterkunft für einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Gewinnen Sie Abstand von Ihrem Alltag. Genießen Sie das Burgenland mit all seinen Reizen. Wo könnte das besser gehen als in unserem Haus mit romantischem Garten. Im Garten können Sie sich wunderbar erholen, bequem parken und Fahrräder abstellen.

Cozy house close to Lake Neufeld and the woods

The spacious house, located in a quiet area, accommodates up to 6 people. A generous living room of about 40 m² and a conservatory of approximately 25 m² — both situated right next to the kitchen — offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

Der ideale Ort für längere Aufenthalte für Bildung, Gesundheit etc, aber auch für Ausflüge zum Skifahren und andere Freizeitaktivitäten in der schönen Umgebung.

Unsere zwei, mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Wohnungen in Mörbisch warten auf Euch :-))) Wir freuen uns sehr auf Euch :-)) Jede Wohnung, 35 m2, hat einen eigenen eingezäunten süßen Garten und eine große Terrasse. Näher zum See und ins Dorfzentrum geht es nicht :-) Trotzdem sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen.
