Renta de casas adosadas vacacionales en Floresta

Ho trascorso una settimana di vacanza in un ambiente molto accogliente e pulito, con mobili nuovi e letto comodo, servizi igienici eccellenti con una doccia ampia con idromassaggio. Sia Tony che sua mamma sono stati molto carini, mettendosi a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza. Anche la colazione ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

Alloggio ben attrezzato, pulito e confortevole. Host gentilissimo. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Ottima esperienza.

Exactly what we wanted. After a long flight, we knew we wanted a private, quiet space, with gorgeous views, and access to the ocean and a pool - and that is exactly what we got. It was serene. Rita and Sebastiano were easy to communicate with, and check in was a breeze. The apartment has the cutest touches. I love the decor. The porch is perfect to relax and read and enjoy the sun rise. The plants are very impressive. The view of Etna, stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we made all our meals. The walk to the water is easy, and the ladder to the sea, makes it so easy to get in and out. The pool is deep and the cleanest pool I’ve ever been in. And finally, I’m a cat lover, so was so happy to meet the neighborhood kitties and have them greet us. A wonderful stay!

Not far from the beach and isola Bella. Easy to take the gondola to Taormina. Perfect if you are more beach oriented and prefer to visit shopping. Paid parking at the hotel across the street. Clean and modern apartment. Expect stairs!

Gemütliche, liebevoll eingerichtete sizilianische Wohnung. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. In unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Von dort aus sind alle Attraktionen an der Ostküste innerhalb einer Autofahrstunde mit einem Mietauto problemlos zu erreichen.

Tres franchement c'est mieux que sur les photos. Nous avions tout a disposition (linge de lit, parasole, accessoires cuisine...). Lendroit est agreable, juste à côté de la piscine partagée (mais tres peu de monde) et une vue sur l'etna. Un plage de galet à 100m. Le seul regret que je peux avoir c'est le manque de clim en bas, il fait tres chaud en sicile en cette periode (il y a la clim dans les chambre). Aussi une vie nocturne assez lointaine du lieux de résidence. Sinon tout etait parfait je recommande. L'hôte est disponible rapidement (stefano) et ketty qui parle un peu français 😀 est vraiment Top. Merci à vous pour ces 2 semaines passées dans ce beau cadre. Je recommande fortement.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Anlage und das Beste, man muss nur ein paar Schritte über die Straße gehen und man ist an einem wirklich schönem großen Strand. Der Weg in der Anlage bis zur Wohnung duftete so wahnsinnig gut nach Jasmin der überall blühte. Zu Fuß sind und kleine Bars erreichbar. Um die weitere Gegend zu erkunden braucht man unbedingt ein Auto, aber dafür gibt es in der Anlage auch einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles war genau wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr nett und wenn wir Probleme oder Fragen hatten, war dieser immer erreichbar. Auf diesem Weg nochmal ein Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

We had an amazing week here. The house was lovely. We stayed with another couple and there baby. The view was breathtaking and the house was very comfortable for the week we spent there. The private beach access into the stunning ocean, never got old. The only thing worth noting was - the house was located in a difficult position if you did not feel comfortable walking on a busy narrow road with all the traffic. We did not have a car ( if you did it would be no worries) We found it really dangerous walking down the road with our family and we resorted to catching a Uber up into town and back each day as we found it too risky to walk on the road. Apart from this, everything else was great and the host was very easy to contact.

Lovely place. We had the entire villa called The Residence. 12 of us in total and enough space for all. Marika looked after us with breakfast on the terrace every morning :) Only downside in our opinion (which has nothing to do with the villa) is the area/ location. It seemed very ‘run down’. But over all a great stay!! Thank you

Die Unterkunft ist von außen unscheinbar aber von innen überzeugt sie mit einer tollen Architektur. Der offene Grundriss über 2 Etagen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und überzeugt mit hohem Designanspruch. Das Bad ensuite in der oberen Etage ist groß und hell, das im Erdgeschoss sehr geräumig. Beide sind voll ausgestattet. Die Küche ist großartig und auch der Wohnbereich ist großzügig gestaltet. Valeria haben wir nicht kennengelernt, dafür hat uns ihr Vater beim Check in begrüßt. Er spricht kein Italienisch aber es hat trotzdem funktioniert. Es war recht warm im Haus und trotz Klimaanlage konnten wir es nicht wirklich herunterkühlen, was in der Nacht ein bisschen anstrengend war. Sonst alles top!

Todo genial. La casa muy espaciosa, con todo lo necesario. La zona del jardín y la piscina lo mejor. Volvería sin duda.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Rosario! Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und wir haben vorab viele hilfreiche Informationen erhalten. Besonders dankbar waren wir für seine Tipps zu Ausflügen – z.B. der Hinweis, mit dem Bus nach Taormina zu fahren, was sich als sehr praktisch erwiesen hat, da es dort nur wenige Parkplätze gibt. Das Haus war zur Osterzeit angenehm ruhig gelegen und in einem sehr sauberen, gepflegten Zustand. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Komfort und Sauberkeit gelegt wird. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung war die Unterkunft ideal.

Marco made sure that we understood the check in instructions prior to our arrival, he also recommended some great restaurants. On arrival, parking was relatively easy to find. The space was exactly like the pictures, and he even included bottles of water and coffee as an amenity. The bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper and linens, and a full kitchen was available with glassware and such. The only possible downside is the interior staircase is a narrow spiral, but so are many others in the area. A more spacious staircase is available outside, leading to the upper floor and also the beautiful terrace. Further, riposto is a well serviced town with plenty of restaurants and via car is close to Catania and Naxos and tormina, as well as etna.

Alisa’s house was immaculate. Equipped for everything you need for a short or long stay. High quality furnishings and a magnificent volcano view from the bedroom, kitchen, and roof terrace. The village is charming and the locals kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this place.

Doris and her family do everything to make you feel at home. If you are still hesitating where to stay, choose this place!! We were greeted with fruits and cake for us, advise where to go in the area and just overall a super friendly atmosphere. The place is extraordinarily clean and beautiful. Didn’t know it was possible but the terrace is even prettier in real life than on the photos! Comfy bed and well equipped kitchen made the whole stay perfect. We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back soon.
