I had an enjoyable stay at Dan and Donna's Air BnB. The listing/pictures represented the actual accommodation very well. Dan and Donna were very communicative and proactive in making sure I had a comfortable stay. If traveling to the Fredericksburg area as a single person or couple, this space is ideal.

the space was amazing very cute very well redone and restore true original I love the feeling of it I don't think any of us realize how old the building are until they actually get a chance to stay in one it was an incredible experience I'd love to stay there again and highly recommend it to everybody I know

Ryam is a very responsive host. The apartment was as described and he was very flexible with the check-in which helped us greatly. The apartment was close to the downtown and all of the Frederick amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all.

Becky was wonderful from start to finish awesome little place to stay very clean and the area was beautiful thank you Becky for everything I will definitely be back!

Just what we wanted. Right in town where we could walk everywhere we wanted to. Mornings were checking up on our horse out away from town, and late afternoon and evening were for wandering around and checking up on everything and then deciding on one of the great places to have dinner. Ava was great for communicating with as needed. Responses were always very quick. Check in and check out we’re really easy! Nice clean place!

carrie's place is very inviting and clean, also peaceful, you will hear the dog occasionally but didn't bother us, bed is comfy , bathroom is big, loved the hot hair fan. it has everything we needed.

This apartment is clean, comfortable and well-located for visiting Frederick. It's a short walk to the center of town and its great variety of restaurants and bars. The apartment's off-street private parking spot is very handy. Jen is an excellent host and I would be happy to stay there again.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Heidi’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to UVA, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The amenities provided were thoughtful and made my stay extra comfortable, including a comfy bed, fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, etc. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Very responsive and friendly hosts who answered all of our questions promptly. The Airbnb itself was probably the nicest we had ever stayed at. The surrounding grounds were beautiful and filled with wildlife that our young son enjoyed looking at. We have only good things to say about our stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!

Although we only got to enjoy one evening at Kam’s peaceful cottage, it was well worth the drive. It was so peaceful with the window’s open listening to the birds while we cooked in the kitchen. We hope to come back to enjoy some hiking in the area.

A friend & I stayed to cycle & hike Harper's Ferry & the Shepardstown area of the C&O. The placed checked all our important boxes..very clean, nice shower with hot water, very comfortable beds & furniture, very quiet, strong wifi. Download Google maps directions to get there as you might loose your cell connection. Same if you travel the area..download while on wifi at the house. When I saw the vintage GE electric stove with push button controls I though...wow will this thing work! Yes it works great! It heated up my hot water for tea & oatmeal faster than any modern stove! We had a great stay and will definitely stay again.

This Airbnb was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with nature and truly unwind, this is it. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the sight of horses each morning was a magical bonus. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a peaceful, nature-filled retreat!
