Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Villa Ysé

A cent mètres de la petite plage de Gaios, cette charmante maison de construction récente est située dans le village avec toutes ses animations, restaurants, cafés et boutiques, tout en étant assez en retrait pour s'y sentir au calme. Constituée d'un appartement au 1er étage et de 3 chambres individuelles au rez-de-chaussée, elle permet aux occupants d'être indépendants les uns des autres. Giasemi house is set behind the museum in Gaios, just few steps up the sea side road, at a distance of 100m from the Central Square, and 150m from the first pebble beach called “Giannas”. Includes two bedrooms, (one twin bedroom with balcony and one double bedroom), full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and veranda with view of the port of Gaios and Saint Nicholas’s island. There is also an out sitting area with bbq ,surrounded by jasmines, gardenias, and other beautiful flowers.

Αφήστε πίσω κάθε έγνοια με αυτόν τον ευρύχωρο και γαλήνιο χώρο. Η βιλλα Alba ανακαινίστηκε πρόσφατα. Συνδιάζει το παραδοσιακό χτισιμο με πετρα με μικρες σύγχρονες πινελιές.Βρισκεται στο κέντρο του νησιού στο χωριό Πλάτανος. Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

Also, you do not need transportation to access the ferry and hydrofoil, as they are in very close proximity.
