Il primo piano è dotato di due camere doppie e bagno. Giardino e posto auto. Il tutto nel borgo medievale di Teggiano, paese ricco di storia. Possibilità di escursioni: Certosa di S. Lorenzo (Padula ), Grotte dell'Angelo (Pertosa), Valle delle Orchidee (Sassano), Mare del Cilento, Scario 30 min circa, Marina di Camerota / Palinuro a 45min. circa.

No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).
