My Guest House is attached to a single family home in the West End of Alexandria & offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath & kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious, one features a loft & balcony. The closest Metro stations are Van Dorn & Pentagon City (not walkable), you can easily access I-395 in less than 5 minutes. Many great ethnic restaurants in the immediate area. Only ~15 min to DCA, monuments/museums (7.8 miles to the Washington Monument), SW Waterfront, Old Town Alexandria, Capitol Hill (20 min).

Large fully fenced yard for kids, dogs, and outside entertaining. Outdoor amenities include a huge patio seating area, a fire-pit, and a gas grill. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces and a beautifully decorated living area. Master bedroom is set-up like a resort with a very comfortable king size bed and luxury master bathroom.

This is a finished lower level of a townhouse in a quiet Oakton, Virginia suburb of Washington DC. The private entrance side is above ground. The large French doors allow lots of light in. We are located half way between Regan National and Dulles airports with public transportation to both. The bus stop is 50 yards from the door and the bus trip is less than 2 miles to the Vienna/George Mason University Orange line metro station. You will have key to the private entrance and laundry room.

Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!
