In summer, the back garden is a perfect, cool place to enjoy meals, pick fruit and lie in the sun. In winter, the living room is perfect for large gatherings. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 or more. Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Dům se zahradou pod Pouzdřanskou stepí nabízí prostorné a klidné útočiště – ideální pro milovníky přírody a procházek. Ubytování se nachází v klidné rezidenční části obce, doslova pár kroků od přírody a rozsáhlých vinohradů. K dispozici je terasa s přístupem do přírodní zahrady inspirované stepní květenou. Unikátní lokalita nabízí bohaté možnosti k výletům po okolí – vinařské cyklostezky, Pálava, Mikulov, Lednice či samotná Pouzdřanská step a vinohrady Kolby.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Beautiful house in Valtice

Our beautiful country house is nicely located at the heart of the Lednice-Valtice area, an UNESCO protected region famous for its wines, its palaces and its natural environment. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.
