This was a great airbnb I didn’t want to leave! It’s about a 10 minute bus ride to old town and close to the bus station. It’s in a quieter neighborhood away from all the hustle/bustle of old town. It had everything you could need to feel at home. Clean bathrooms, nice big bed, even a TV with streaming services. Highly recommend. Karmen was also super helpful in helping me find the place (Uber often drops you off on the other side of the building). She was responsive and gave me a very helpful rundown of the area. Logement très propre, fidèle aux photos et vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Hôte toujours disponible, arrangeante et réactive par message. Attention avoir une voiture est fortement recommandé car très difficile de rejoindre à pieds ou grâce aux transports en commun, et nécessaire pour se déplacer. Le bémol est le « jacuzzi » qui est une baignoire avec des jets que l’on sent pas. Concernant la piscine elle est propre, offre une superbe vue sur le soleil couchant et la vallée mais n’est pas chauffée

Wow, what a showplace. This top floor penthouse is very glamorous, with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Our group of 6 (3 couples) each had spacious bedrooms and our own bathrooms. Only one bath was en suite, but the others were convenient to the bedrooms. The place was spotless and well stocked. The upstairs had another sitting room, bedroom and bath, and a huge deck with fabulous hot tub. The views from this level were even better. The place is walking distance to Kotor’s old town, but a bit of an incline coming back. We saw lots of taxis for a convenient ride back. Take extra time to navigate to the place upon arrival. Apple Maps couldn’t quite get us there, so we stopped for help. There is a dedicated parking spot. Daca was there to happily greet us, even though we arrived late. She explained everything perfectly and was very responsive when we reached out another time. I would definitely recommend this lux penthouse!

Lovely hosts, who communicated very well and were very helpful. Allowed us to check in early, and looked after our suitcases on the day of departure. Booked taxis to collect us from the airport and take us back, which was a blessing. The apartment was lovely, and in a great position for getting the bus into the old town but also to explore the coastline and local restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on nearby but that was not the fault of the hosts! Very comfortable bed , great air conditioning and although we didn’t cook all the facilities were very good. We loved the coastal path that was easy to access from the apartment. We loved the thoughtful gift from the hosts when we left; a beautiful fridge magnet. Thank you so much Ivan and Marijana.

One of the most beautiful places I have stayed in a long time. The biggest reason for booking was because of the view, and the view was amazing, I kept falling asleep with curtains wide open so when I wake up all I see is scenery. The communication with the hosts is 10/10, any issues or worries all I need to is drop a message and within seconds there’s a reply! 2 points for anyone who wishes to stay, theres quite a large hill so if you’re unable to walk up, it may be tricky but with patience it’s fine. 2nd, please read the guide they sent you before arriving! Without it I wouldn’t have known how to get around the area.

Ana's place was ideal for a few days in Dubrovnik for our family of 4. Great value for money, walking distance to the old town, and the apartment was exactly as described. It's located between two main roads, which whole great for logistics, we did find it a little noisy at times. Really appreciated how responsive Ana was, especially when we locked ourselves out (completely out own error!). I would reccoomend staying here, thanks for having us to stay.

Had a lovely stay at this apartment! The location is ideal for accessing different areas of the city. It has a nice view from the balcony and everything was in good working order. The kitchen was well stocked with gear for cooking. The apartment is slightly hard to find as you have to climb the staircase of a building that feels like a private home and it is slightly unclear which floor the apartment is on. Overall great value and would rent this again!

Perfect place for a family to explore Dubrovnik old town. Ivana was so kind and helpful and greeted us into the place and helped park the car.

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Nika’s place was perfect for us! It was spacious, clean, well stocked with all you need! The garden was spacious with plenty of seating and the view was lovely! We really enjoyed our stay, especially as it was a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the old town! We were in walking distance of bakeries, supermarkets, attractions like the cable cart and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The neighbourhood was quiet, the only noise you would hear would be the street outside but when the windows were closed, it was very peaceful! Nika and the accommodation contact were very helpful and responsive! We would definitely love to visit again!

Sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai pu faire… L’appartement est grand, parfaitement meublé et puis que dire de cette vue sur la mer sur le balcon… À couper le souffle. À noter la place de parking devant et la machine à laver qui est d’une utilité cruciale. Ce sera un vrai plaisir de revenir !

Dominik was so helpful. He booked some excursions for us. Also helped us with a pickup taxi from the airport. We really enjoyed this airbnb.

Super location ! At the entrance of old city. Near to bars & restaurants! The apartment has a very nice decoration ! Renovated ! Small complex but all you need to enjoy Nike’s great recommendations for food, coffee and tourism. Highly recommended. Thanks Nike !

Hrvoje’s house is beautiful and unique, and one of the best-equipped places I've stayed in. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc, and there were more towels and bathrobes than we could use. It's a large, very old property which is full of character. One bedroom is upstairs with an en suite. The other main bedroom is downstairs with the twin bedroom next to it. Both the downstairs rooms share a bathroom, with access from the twin room via the other bedroom. We only used the two main bedrooms and it was very private. The beds are large (UK superking size) and comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent. The outside space is large and pretty, with a fantastic view over the old town and the Adriatic beyond. A great place to relax with a few drinks. The location is excellent with the entrance to the old town only 5 minutes' walk away. The apartment is near the road, so not many steps to negotiate with luggage. Highly recommended.

Sve super osim sto su u jednoj kupaonici u tušu bile dlake, te nije bilo gela za tuširanje ni u jednoj kupaonici. Noćili smo samo jednu noć pa nismo to puno zamjerili.

Overall a 5 star stay!! Perfect location, amenities are all there for a homely feel. The upstairs balcony is serene, fantastic roof top view and a lovely sun trap. Not to forget the lovely visitors (cats). We felt perfectly at home, the host is very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier.

What an incredible place to stay! I am 20 years old and I stayed with my grandmother. The home is so cozy and comfortable. The view is unbelievable and it truly felt like home. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus. It is amazing value for the price. It is on a hill but we ubered there so it was not an issue. Would definitely recommend!!!

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

구시가지 근처이면서도 차로 바로 접근이 가능해 최고였습니다. 슈퍼도 식당도 가깝고, 2층이지만 계단이 넓어 큰짐 이동에 어렵지 않습니다. 토니가 친절하고 소통이 신속하여 정말 좋았습니다. 체크아웃도 배려해주어 조금 늦게할 수 있어 일정 조율에 좋았습니다. 정말 감사합니다!

Appartement magnifique, moderne et très confortable. Belle vue depuis le balcon, parfait pour se détendre. Un excellent choix pour les vacances.

Die Wegbeschreibung wäre besser beschrieben, wenn man mit dem Auto aus Richtung Dubrovnik anreist, , dann nach dem. Dorf Plat kurz vor der Bushaltestelle Obod auf der rechten Seite Kaffebar " Jure" als Orientierung die Zweite Straße ( nicht erste !! ) rechts abbiegen, dann links abbiegen nach ca. 50 m das Haus auf der linken Seite 👍👍 so müßte es leichter zu finden sein , sonst fährt man wie ich im Kreis( wenn man die erste obere Straße abbiegt ) und ein guter Rat noch privat dazu , wenn möglich im Hellen anreisen .. sonst war alles wie beschrieben, sauber und in Ordnung.Bruno ist ein sehr netter und lieber Gastgeber.. Jederzeit gerne wieder bin ich sein Gast ❤️❤️❤️👍

We were greeted by the host on arrival, Niksa was kind and gave us loads of recommendations and helped explain the best ways to get around the city. The air bnb had everything we needed to feel right at home. Would highly recommend staying here.
