We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

Place is very nice and all required things available for a pleasant stay. Host Yasmin is very friendly and takes care of all the requirements of the guest. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay with family. Local shop and bus stop in walking distance. Cheshire oaks just 15 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is posh and beautiful. The caravan was lovely. We had a problem with the water supply when we first got there but Tom called us straight back & we got it all sorted.

What a wonderful host, and magical place. It was such a lovely time, we’ve booked to come again. Mike is a treat, a remarkable character who exudes a warm that makes you feel instantly at home. The barn is full of charm and the chickens, ducks and peacocks a delight (especially if you see them angling for a biscuit from Mike!) The pool is incredible. Perfect for all ages. We’re half visiting again in the hope the kids will be bored of the pool and we’ll be able to get out and explore more… I don’t hold out too much hope on that one. A real gem of a find.

Delanie couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived to an amazing welcome hamper and balloons for my sister in laws 30th. The house was lovely. The bar and pool area were just wow!! We spent the whole day by the the pool Saturday. It was lovely and warm and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Had a fantastic weekend. 15 of us came to celebrate 2 x 50th birthdays (group of girls ranged from 20 to 63) The house was very spacious, loved the fact it was in two wings. The dressing room was so handy for hair n makeup. Two of the bedrooms had en-suites. Kitchen was well equipped, milk was a nice touch so we could have a cuppa on arrival. Would definitely book this house again.

Everything was has described on the listing. Quite street. Beds were very comfy! Nice Beatles tribute at the first landing aswell. Great hosts ! Thanks again

I've visited Liverpool before but never stayed near to Sefton Park / Lark Lane type of area. We LOVED it, full of history and character around every corner. The property is exactly as described, a true one-off. Beautifully decorated, in particular the bathroom and kitchen. But not so posh that you don't feel at home. The hosts went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable. We are already planning another visit later in 2025. There's so much to do in Liverpool, particularly for people who love art, music and nature. A magical few days away 😍

Very cosy and comfortable house with the enclosed garden being perfect for my dogs. Driveway parking made life easy. The house is situated close to the main routes which made going out and about so convenient, with beach walks only 15mins drive away also.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siobhan was a great host who gave us clear instructions for arrival including a video for the door which was extremely helpful. Having a parking space outside the door was a bonus. The location is 15 mins walk from Albert Dock restaurants and bars which was lovely along the waterfront. we even used the open top bus which stopped almost outside. The house was lovely with a nice open plan living room, kitchen. We made use of all of this including the French doors and the view over the Mersey. We took the extra stools and sat them in the window to enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine. House was just like photos, and Siobhan has thought if everything. We really appreciated that and would recommend as a place to stay.

We hadden een prima verblijf bij Doreen. Eén fijn huis. Netjes en en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede verbindingen (metro en bus 82 met de binnenstad). Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Dankjewel Doreen.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house has a unique and comfy style with some great mod cons that make it a pleasure to stay at. I would go back again!

My sister and I had a great stay whilst visiting for the Women’s Merseyside Derby at Anfield. Paul was very welcoming and helpful with information about the local area! Perfect house to stay in for any Liverpool fans!

Beautiful home , responsive and helpful host . House is fab, clean , tidy and spacious . Great power shower and really comfy beds! Perfect place to stay to visit Liverpool . Local amenities on the door step , restaurants, bars and local supermarket alongside a huge park to explore . Bus ride or ten minute taxi ride to the centre. Highly recommended and will be staying again .

From booking, to arriving at the property, Eddie was extremely helpful and whenever we contacted for information he responded quickly. The house was homely and exactly as described! The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog who just loves to be outside, and the patio doors at the back meant that we could allow him the space to roam in and out as he pleased. The property was within a 10-15 minute Drive in to Liverpool which was great if you’re looking for a quiet area to stay while visiting. Thank you!!
