La zona peatonal de Pigneto está a 7-8 minutos a pie. La calle es tranquila, pero está cerca de todos los servicios (restaurantes, bares, supermercados, farmacias). La terraza de 30 metros cuadrados es agradable tanto en verano como en invierno está perfecta para disfrutar el aire libre.
