It is located within the Great Orme Country Park with breath-taking views out over the Conwy estuary and the Snowdonia mountain ranges. Walk out of the garden gate to explore miles of trails with stunning scenery, or take a 15 min stroll down into the beautiful Victorian town of Llandudno.

The Barn is situated in a stunning and idyllic location surrounded by nature, and yet within easy access to the Village and the start of the main Snowdon footpath.The Barn has been sensitively restored and maintains many of it's original features,including crog loft (upstairs sleeping area with limited head room, accessed via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings.The 7.5 acres of land are situated directly behind the barn. Borth-y-Gest, quirky cottage close to coastal path

Hen Gegin is a recently renovated 18th century “out kitchen” to our main farmhouse. The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The area is quiet and very beautiful with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Borth-y-Gest and Morfa Bychan. Stunning Shepherds Hut With Hot Tub & Sea Views

This Shepherds Hut is our smallest hut but cosy. The Hot Tub overlooks the sea & mountains. There is a balcony for alfresco dining & for taking in the stunning views. A romantic get away in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It's 5 mins from the beach in a car, as well as hill, woodland & mountain walks. The hut has heating, a hob, microwave, toaster & shower/ toilet inside. A fire pit is on site plus a BBQ, if you you are 6ft plus please look at my other hut or cabin as they are bigger

With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. Cooking, heating and hot water are provided by a real fire, light is provided by candles, and the loo is an eco-friendly compost toilet. The real highlight is bathing under the stars in a pair of al fresco baths. This dwelling is only suited to able bodied adults as there are steep paths, hot fires, and drops into the river.
