Completely remodeled historic home located on 3 acres of land and part of the historic Old Town Occoquan, you can enjoy the nature, trails, shops, parks and sounds and sights of birds. Occoquan is a small yet vibrant riverfront town, located 20 miles south of Washington, DC with 80+ small & family owned businesses including award-winning restaurants

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Just 30 minutes to vibrant DC and close to everything in the Lake Ridge area where you’re just a 5 minute walk to Starbucks, Giant grocery store and a many other shopping and restaurant options. Please note basement unit is a private residence and has a private entrance. Please let us know exactly how many guest will be arrive. No infants, No kids , No pets.

A waterfront deck view with your stay. Welcome to Anne’s Place. Not suitable or safe for children 0-12 years also it’s an older building there are no child friendly spaces.
