The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . It is located on the island of Čiovo, near Trogir, just 10 km from Split Airport. The apartment has 3 bedrooms for 6 people, 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet, and an open-plan living room/kitchen with access to a terrace with a dining area. There is also a large rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and fantastic views. In addition, there is a lovely pool and sun loungers.

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
