Based across the River Thames just outside the congestion charge area, a short walk to the city centre, Christ Church, Westgate Shopping Centre, train/bus stations. Restaurants, pubs overlooking Folly Bridge. Excellent location in the heart of Grandpont nature park ideal for walking, cycling, boat excursions, next to Hinksey Park which benefits of a lovely outdoor pool, tennis courts and sports activities.

Our apartment is close to Oxford city centre, the Thames River, art and culture. Groceries, superb bakery, coffee shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. It is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families. The reason for a gap in reviews on our apartment since 2022: The apartment was rented by a lovely young couple long-term for 2 years since March 2022. They have now gone travelling in Australia(we are super jealous!). We have decided to short-let on Airbnb once again.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nestled alongside the meandering river Thames in the south Oxfordshire countryside you’ll find Dorchester. Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

The Garden Room

Large (30 sqm) self contained quiet room on ground floor rear of well appointed house with king-size bed, shower / toilet, kitchen and garden. Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. The Garden Room is reached by side entrance with coded gate and motion activated lights. Parking on driveway or street. Garden awaits further tidying. See photos.

A basement apartment in the heart of Summertown, a very vibrant and thriving neighbourhood of Oxford, packed with cafés, shops, restaurants, gyms and yoga studios. You are a minute's walk from all these amenities, with Costa Coffee on the corner of our road, and frequent buses into the City Centre. The heart of Oxford is fifteen minutes on public transport or it's a 35 minute walk down the wide, tree-lined streets, you can even walk down the picturesque canal.

The Chalet provides comfortable and cosy accommodation for 2 people, perfect for a relaxing rural getaway and remote working alike. It consists of an open plan living/kitchen area, separate bedroom, shower room and separate dressing room. Part of a recently renovated stable block, the accommodation is of high standard, lies on a direct bus route and is only 4 miles from Oxford city centre.

The annexe provides comfortable homely accommodation for two people, with its own side entrance, and is located in Summertown, North Oxford, 2 miles from the city centre. It has a slightly nautical theme. There is free off-street parking in front of our house where you can leave your car all day.
