Still, our home sits inside Flagstaff, with all its amenities: cafes, roasteries, beer gardens, and breweries. This is a perfect home base to explore Northern Arizona. It can be awkward renting STVR next to full time neighbors however Parks Chalet Borders the Kaibab National Forest with no neighbors next to you so you will have total privacy. In the winter, please ensure you have an SUV, Front wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle in case it snows.

Parks is a secluded little community where you can see the stars in abundance on almost any night. There are hundreds of easily accessible trails straight from the home for you to enjoy on foot or with your outdoor toys!

Our cabin is on 1 acre of fenced land in Parks, AZ and is family owned & operated. It is unique, as it borders national forest in a cul-de-sac. It is approximately 4 miles northwest of I-40 & Rt 66, making it a quiet location away from the train & freeway noise. Parks has about 1500 residents and is between Flagstaff & Williams. The Grand Canyon is just an hour north of Williams as well. Firewood included for wood stove & outdoor fire pit.
