Brilliant accomodation with a beautiful view and beautiful pool. Ferdinando was very friendly and asked us to join his bbq. The air conditioner was fantastic and the kitchen had a coffee machine and stuff to use to cook. Fantastic place, would love to return one day.

La casa di Silvia è stata la nostra base per una settimana, scelta azzeccata perché la posizione si è rivelata strategica e ci ha permesso di raggiungere moltissime località in poco tempo. Silvia e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili e discreti e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli. L’appartamento è disposto bene ed è ben curato, la cucina ha tutto quel che serve per poter cucinare, il bagno è una piccola chicca arredata con gusto e la camera è spaziosa e fresca. Infine la casa ha a disposizione un giardino privato con una vista meravigliosa che ci ha dato modo di godere delle belle giornate. Torneremo in Umbria e torneremo da Silvia! Grazie di tutto!

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marinella avec nos 2 enfants en bas age. L’appartement est très au calme. On entend seulement les cigales chanter. La piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir. Et la climatisation est un vrai plus quand il fait très chaud comme en juillet. Marinella est très sympathique: elle nous a offert un gâteau à notre arrivée et des œufs lors de notre séjour. Elle était très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des recommandations. Je recommande fortement ce logement

La casa di Sasso è uno spazio meraviglioso immerso nel verde di una collina con vista sulla città di Arezzo, con alle spalle e tutto intorno il bosco, le vigne e gli ulivi. La casa è molto grande ed accogliente, ideale per soggiornare in più famiglie, come abbiamo fatto noi, ma suddivisa in maniera perfetta anche per chi preferisce avere spazi propri, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Arredata con il gusto tipico della campagna toscana, rustico ma allo stesso tempo funzionale sotto tutti i punti di vista. Riccardo è un host molto simpatico e disponibile. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni davvero piacevoli e rilassanti, torneremo sicuramente.

We had the most perfect time here, the photos don’t give this property the justice it deserves, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem, just absolutely stunning. A perfect slice of Umbria, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by fields of olive trees. Will defiantly be recommended this property and cannot wait to return one day.

Luca has given a lot of thought to the needs of his guests including a handy in-house shop where you can buy drinks, pasta, and small groceries. It was very welcoming to find a fridge full of cooling drinks. There is everything you need, including a patio area with table and chairs. Sadly it rained for most of my visit, but it would be great for sunny weather. The historic part of Chiusi is a short bus ride up the hill, and you can get the bus from outside the station. I recommend going to the Etruscan museum and the tour of the labyrinth, aqueduct, and tower. I didn't get to the lake because of the weather, but I am sure that it would be lovely in the sunshine.

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) Le cadre est idyllique. La maison est grande ainsi que la piscine. Alex et Prya sont hypers réactifs et font tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Hôte et logement hautement recommandables. Que du positif. Pour les propriétaires d’un véhicule électrique, le logement dispose d’une borne domestique Tesla. Recharge de 7km par heure environ. Umbertide dispose de chargeurs rapides en face du supermarché COOP.

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

Wir waren für fünf Tage in der Unterkunft und sind wirklich nachhaltig begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Bruno, Donatella und Elisa sind wunderbare Gastgeber, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Hunde sind lieb. Die Kommunikation von Elisa war vorbildlich! Wir wurden wirklich verwöhnt! Es wurden uns hausgemachter Rotwein und Pasta gebracht und auch Honig und Öl, wirklich toll und sehr lecker! Von Cetona aus kann man einige Ausflugsziele gut erreichen, z.B das Val d'Orcia, Pienza oder Montepulciano. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei euch, vielen Dank! :)

Sabina’s parents, Patrizio and Patrizia were just lovely. They were so eager for us to enjoy our stay. The house had everything we needed and was nicely situated for visiting all the beautiful hill towns in the region. There were delicious sandwiches for us when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. I will say if you have any mobility issues the external stairs to the house could be a problem. We were fine with them but they might not be for everyone. Also there is no WiFi which could be a problem for some. All in all we were very happy with our stay. I’d love to go back .

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Amazing place, culturally super reach area, nature is pure and very attractive, lots of things to experience and see. Highly recommend. Please make sure you have reliable car-road is unpaved and asks to be very patient. Accommodation is superb and clean. Loved it, coming again for sure and for longer time

Un’oasi di pace sulle colline perugine. Si tratta di una bellissima casa con giardino (con giochi per i bimbi), patio e orto. L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Donatella e Francesco sono degli host meravigliosi, eccezionalmente disponibili e simpatici. Ci hanno addirittura portato le bruschette con il loro olio e dei dolcetti fatti a mano da assaggiare!

L'alloggio è molto comodo per raggiungere le principali città dell'Umbria in quanto è vicino alla superstrada. A 5 minuti di macchina si raggiungono i supermercati e tutti i servizi necessari in quanto l'alloggio si trova in un paesino piccolo, molto carino, assolutamente tranquillo, fuori dal caos delle città. A 100 m si trova un piccolo porticciolo e la pista ciclabile che gira attorno al lago. L'alloggio è molto ampio, il wi-fi funziona bene; Anna è stata molto gentile ad accogliere alcune nostre richieste, rapidamente.

We decided to book a last minute trip and Giovanni was extremely fast with responses and very accommodating. Check in (and out) were very easy and straightforward, the parking space was fabulous! The apartment was lovely and had all the amenities you could possibly think of, it was warm, cozy and welcoming and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Giovanni was a wonderful host and gave us some great recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do. It rained during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed playing the games provided in the apartment. The location was great, there was a wonderful little shop around the corner and a bar where we had a nice breakfast, we enjoyed the walk to the town centre and the area had everything we needed! We can’t thank you enough Giovanni and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

La casa è molto accogliente, la host ci ha mandato moltissime informazioni per le cose da visitare, ristoranti e bar. Avendo comprato alcune cose da mangiare, ho chiesto se ci fosse una scopa per togliere le briciole, non c’era nella casa, ma in 5 minuti mi è stata portata. La casa è lungo una strada abbastanza trafficata, avevo paura ci fosse rumore e invece gli infissi sono ottimi e non si sente nulla. La casa è veramente molto bella e curata Ottima esperienza

Persona molto gentile ed educata,una famiglia veramente di brave persone che ci hanno accolto a braccia aperte. Con le cognoline sono stati molto tolleranti ed amichevoli. Appartamento molto lussuoso e comodo. Posizione ottima per raggiungere tutti i borghi umbri compresa le favolosa citta' di. Perugia e Assisi. lo. consiglio vivamente. Wir waren 5 Tage auf dem Bauernhof zu Gast, und hätte ich gewusst, wie schön es dort ist, hätte ich unsere Rundreise anders geplant 😅 Es ist ein tolles Fleckchen Erde. Leider war der Standort bei Airbnb nicht korrekt, so dass wir ganz schön suchen mussten, aber Roberta hat sofort auf meine Nachrichten reagiert und uns navigiert. Das Häuschen war sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Der Pool war Gold wert bei 35grad und die Kinder konnten gar nicht genug bekommen. Man fühlte sich herzlich von Roberta und ihrer Familie aufgenommen. Alberto ist jeden Abend mit den Kindern ausgeritten, was natürlich das Highlight war. Aber auch sonst fehlte es nicht an Spielmöglichkeiten und als Eltern konnte man sich herrlich entspannen. Vielen Dank an die gesamte Familie für die tollen Tage 🫶🏻
