Lovely place to spend a few days in Tirana. Looks exactly like the pictures, not too big but doable and fancy for two people/couple. The sorroundings are not the best, not at all, but that’s fair. We never felt unsafe, but maybe keep both eyes opened. A little bit noisy since it’s a ground floor that face directly a big space sorrounded by buildings, there are a few restaurants nearby that I reccomend, a delicious bakery next to the grocery store (4min walk). 35ish min walk to reach the main square and other central places. It’s a pretty warm appartmnet so keep the windows opened, but there is the noise problem so not the best. The host and co-hosts are very responsive, pretty easy to reach but you need to see carefully the pictures they send you. There was toilet paper, and the basic for cooking and eating (salt, oil, pans, forks etc.). Very clean place, kind of small but fancy and elegant to be in that neighborhood, so lovely surprise. Positive experience after all. Enjoy your stay!

The apartment was excellent, and the host was very responsive to all our questions. Everything met our expectations and was great for us. The only issue we encountered was that the room was on the 9th floor, and the elevator wasn’t always working. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Great place! Very nice and clean. Felt just like home. When I’m back in Albania I’d stay here again. All the things you need, are located nearby the house. Amazing stay!

Schönes, modern und minimal gerichtetes Loft im Erdgeschoss eines Neubaus. Wir haben es für einen Stoppover vor der Heimreise genutzt und dafür war es super. Allerdings eher für max drei Leute geeignet. Es gibt zwar noch ein großes Sofa aber keine vierte Bettwäsche. Gute Lage! Preis-Leistung gut!!

Nothing fancy, but very close to beach with plenty of local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Great amenities at a very good price. Very friendly and helpful host.

wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit in der Unterkunft. der Bett ist sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. es haben ein paar kleine Details gefehlt wie zB Spülmaschinen Tabs oder Sachen für den Kamin und der Netflix Account hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Dafür ist die Küche gut ausgestattet und Blitz sauber. die Dachterrasse ist auch super zum Kaffetrinken (man muss aber beachten, dass es keine "richtige" Kaffemaschine gibt sondern ein Mokkakänchen)

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Boho-Appartment. Alles ist sehr schön und neu eingerichtet. Es gab Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Babybett und sogar eine Grundausstattung im Bad und in der Küche. Spielzeug hatten früherer Besitzer auch hinterlassen, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in 4 min Entfernung zu erreichen. Für Ausflüge haben wir ein Taxi genutzt. Am Strand gab es einen öffentlichen Abschnitt, den wir genutzt haben.

The apartment is great. Don't let the exterior of the building fool you because the apartment is well equipped and tidy. You might have a little trouble with parking because it is tight and always busy but it was free for me. The host Albi is quick to respond.

It was a pleasure to stay at Rovenas place for a long weekend with my family. We all leave abroad with our parents living in Albania so for us time together as a complete family is precious and staying at Rovenas place made it feel like home. She was also very clear with instructions, very responsive, proactive and always happy to help. She suggested a great local restaurant. The place is as shown on photos with the spacious terrace being the highlight and feels peaceful especially at this time of the year. Loads of coffee places, restaurants etc nearby with the beach being less than 5 min walk. We are particularly grateful to Rovena for extending the check out time and accommodating our proposed time. We left with great memories and hope to be back soon one day. Thank you Rovena.

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

Wat een uitzicht! De plek van Emiliano is echt prachtig – je kijkt uit over de hele stad, de zee én het omliggende landschap. We hebben hier lekker gegeten en genoten van de omgeving. Wel goed om te weten: er staat de hele dag muziek aan, wat soms wat druk kan zijn. Gelukkig gaat die rond 22:00 uur uit als het restaurant sluit, dus ’s nachts is het rustig. Al met al een bijzondere plek met een spectaculair uitzicht.

Die Wohnung von Agim sieht genauso schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Sie hat die perfekte Aufteilung, gerade wenn man mit Kindern verreist. Es war alles super sauber und es hat bei der Ausstattung an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist toll und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, der Strand ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Liegen die zur Wohnung gehören, waren super praktisch. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe. Es empfiehlt sich aber ein Auto zu mieten, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und sich ein paar Städte anzuschauen. Das lohnt sich. Agim und seine Frau sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Im Vorhinein hatte Agim sich um ein Taxi gekümmert und seine Frau war bei der Ankunft vor Ort. Während des Aufenthalts hat uns Agim immer wieder mit Tips weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Alban was a great host and went above what most host would do. he took us to the grocery store one a week. He was available when we had questions or concerns. He showed us around the neighborhood. It's a very quiet neighborhood. We'll be back.

A Beautiful and clean apartment. I enjoyed my stay there it was like home! There is a modern coffee shop near,a small market ,pharmacy and some shops around the building! Xhejn was friendly and polite!

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Durrës was just perfect! The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes from the beach and with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Our host Juli was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He was always available, provided us with great tips for the area and made our stay unforgettable. You can tell that he attaches great importance to making her guests feel at home. We stayed in the apartment for a week. The apartment matches the pictures and it was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The apartment is lies a bit hidden around the corner from a main road but thanks to Enos directions it was no problem to find. Eno was helpful and provided us with a car for rent at very affordable prices, he gave us some advice for driving in Albania and made sure to check in on us, and were available and quick qith communications, throughout the trip. we greatly recommend staying in one of his apartments.
