Meine Familie, insgesamt 7 Personen waren bei Liubov zu Gast. Die Villa ist fantastisch, 4 Schlafzimmer , 4 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und eine Pool. Die Lage ist super, zum Meer geht man einige Stufen, der nächste kleine Strand ist auch fußläufig. Zum einkaufen oder essen gehen braucht man jedoch ein Auto. Die Aussicht von der Villa auf das Meer ist grandios. Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast, es wurde einmal die ganze Villa gereinigten, die Betten frisch bezogen. Die Handtücher wurden sehr oft getauscht, man muss keine Badetücher von zu Hause mitbringen, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist immer erreichbar, sie hilft sofort bei den kleinsten Problem. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder bei Liubov buchen:)

A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

Mint condition apartment as described in listing. Mesmerizing view from the balcony. My family enjoyed the Easter break and Misha was very responsive on all queries raised. I will surely come back for another holiday. Didn't find anything to complain about...

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Tamara is a wonderful host. This is the first time I have seen such an open, kind and easy to communicate host as Tamara. Very attentive to details in the house, explained and showed everything. Her house is charming, super cozy, lots of kitchen appliances and devices, impeccable wooden furniture and bed linen. Even the curtains match the bedspread. 😍 the house looked exactly like in the photo, in the description and even better! A big plus is the hamam, especially in rainy weather it is very pleasant to warm up. The territory is completely private, you can safely spend time both in the house and on the territory near the house. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, this is a huge plus! Despite the fact that my friends and I stayed only one night, Tamara left us a welcome gift of wine and candy. I was touched, especially considering that it was my birthday.

Wir waren Ende September für eine Woche hier. Wir bewohnten das mittlere Appartement von 3 übereinander liegenden. Man hat einen wundervollen Blick auf's Meer. Es war ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Touren, wandern, paddeln am Skardasee, Strandtage am endlosen Sandtrand bei Ulcinj. Leihwagen ist Voraussetzung. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Beachten, ab 1. Oktober schließen die meisten Restaurants, Saisonende! Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Konaklama yeri fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi. Havuz ve jakuzi olması çok rahatlatıcı. Ev sahipleri güleryüzlü dost canlısı. Montenegronun gezilmesi gereken yerlerine çok yakın. Güzel bir deneyimdi tekrar montonegroya gelirsek burada kalmak isteriz.

lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, cozy, quiet and very warm; i stayed in the last week of november, but the heating system worked perfectly. the house is some ten minutes walk from the main njegoseva street, where you'll find all the amenities, from very affordable restaurants and pubs, to cafes, stores and corner shops. and last but not least, ivana and marija are very friendly, cheerful and easy to talk to. if i ever come to cetinje again, this will be the first place to check for accommodation.

The host was really kind and allowed us to check in early after our very long flight. The place is about 20 minutes from the airport (11 Euros by taxi). Lots of supermarkets located along the route before you arrive. It was a cold day so she already had the heater turned on before checking in, which demonstrates the Montenegro hospitality and thoughtful care you will get during your stay. Everything is available as described and the highlight of the cosy home was the bathroom situated outside the back door of the house, which we found really cool. Podgorica’s lovely little place, easy to explore on foot. A pleasant walk into town (but it’ll take over an hour), but there’s a local bus and plentiful taxis for more convenience. Lots of places to hire a car which will offer the freedom to explore the many beautiful locations out of the town. We had a wonderful chat and teatime with the hosts before we left and it was difficult to leave such a beautiful peaceful place with great hosts.

Wir wurden äußerst nett begrüßt und bekamen einen selbstgemachten Apfelsaft. Der Aufenthalt hat uns hervorragend gefallen. Die Anreise durch Virpazar ist durch die engen Straßen und die vielen Touristen etwas beschwerlich, aber der Ausblick entschädigt einen dafür.

Мы были счастливы познакомиться с Милошем и его гостеприимной семьёй! Отличное расположение, прекрасный вид на горы, чистейший воздух и превосходное вино!!! С удовольствием приедем сюда ещё не один раз!

Ce logement etait parfait, pratique et agréable, juste à côté du petit centre de Virpazar et face au lac apaisant

We loved our stay at Mirkos place. The location is stunning! Beautiful place to stay with plenty to visit in the area only a short drive away. I would say you definitely need a car to get around, but there is parking available and we had no trouble reaching the apartment. The flat was clean, drinking water was provided and a nice terrace area outside. The home is in a small remote village type area, which is amazing at night. The view of the stars was spectacular. Loved our time in Montenegro. Thank you.

We had a great stay in Sanja’s house. She, and her husband welcomed us, and showed us around. They kindly provided us with fresh fruits, wine and a cold pack of fruit juice. The house is in a small village, almost at the end of a road up the hill. This provides great views and a peaceful environment, away from the hustle and bustle at the coast. Depending on traffic, you can be ie. in Budva Stari Grad in 16 minutes. The road to the house and the parking i found ok with a rental car. The pictures are accurate (Aug 2024); some furniture changed, there is no microwave, yet there is an additional large fridge and a washing machine; there was limited natural shade as the plant pictured had a hard time this year. The amenity list shows no washing machine or hot water, yet both are there. Internet is based on wireless cell-tech, good enough to pick up some mails and read a newspaper (around 2mb/s download). Communication was easy (Sanja speaks English very well). Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is so cute and very clean. Bojana and her mother were so kind, helpful and lovely. They helped us with the boat tour, to wash our clothes and everything! I would recommend a million time ☀️

Staying at Tijana’s place for a month was absolutely incredible! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a long-term stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the grocery store, atm, transport and Gora park. Easy 20-25 minutes walk to the city center. We loved starting our mornings on the serene balconies and working in the bright, airy space with reliable WiFi. We didn’t get to utilize the shared pool but it was clean and maintained regularly. The greenhouse with fresh vegetables was a bonus. Tijana and her family truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming home away from home.

Het huis ligt afgelegen en daarom is er in de naaste omgeving niets te doen, behalve een heerlijk restaurant. Wij vonden die rust juist geweldig! De ontvangst was super!! We hebben kennis gemaakt onder het genot van zijn heerlijke eigen wijn! Wij omschrijven deze plek, het huis en de grote tuin met zwembad als 'de hemel op aarde'. We hebben GENOTEN!

Nemanja and his family have a beautiful winery with amazing cottages. The location is very peaceful near one of the most amazing lakes in the world, it doesn't look like a scene from Europe! They offer wine tasting, and also you can book a meal with them in the evening. Their wine is incredible, we ate a meal and drank their wine in their really cool wine cellar. I have been to many many Airbnbs in my time and I think Nemanja is the nicest host I have ever met. I would definitely recommend. Hvala Nemanja!

Très bon accueil, logement impeccable. Nous avons extrêmement bien mangé et la balade en bateau était parfaite. Une excellente adresse avec des hôtes attentionnés et agréables nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Great experience with a hearty welcome as Montenegran people as to do. The apartment was pretty and comfortable, close to Virzapar without inconvenient of this crowded place. The breakfast was good. I recommend strongly this place.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

My friends and I stayed at Olga’s place for a week. There’s a public transport access and there’s a small convenience store 5 mins walk away. The host was very helpful and could easily be communicated through here or her private number. The pool was lovely and had lights at night which created a nice atmosphere. It’s near Sveti Stefan and Budva 20-30 mins away. The cooking facilities including bbq all work as they should. Overall, we had a great stay at Olga’s place.

Logement agréable avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Belle piscine privée, propre avec terrasse aménagée pour se détendre. Appartements fonctionnels bénéficiant de climatisation. Endroit très calme avec accès aux plages à proximité. Très bonne communication avec Marko qui reste attentif si besoin.
