This house was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space and plenty to do! Very beautiful house and yard. Everything was clean and easy to find. We definitely want to come back and stay in the future!

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

Me and my guests had great stay at K’s love how much space there is for everybody so you’re not over crowding each other. We didn’t end up cooking for our stay but the top balcony would’ve been perfect to just hang out and bbq. Love that there’s a bathroom on each floor and always available seating. Would definitely book here again.

This was a peak experience staying at this beautiful historic home and expansive property. Kathleen couldn’t have been more helpful and warm before and during our magical stay. There is so much to do on the property that you won’t want to leave. The heated pool was awesome even in Feb and we played with all the games in the garage on the courts too. We picked fresh citrus from the orchard and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We were 15 guests who stayed overnight and everyone had a bed, but there is much more room for additional guests beyond what we had. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the beds so comfortable. She and her team have really thought of everything! We will not hesitate to go back for another family gathering soon!

We had a ball for sure ,we felt very safe and I loved how there is a police officer as a neighbor. the neighborhood was very kid friendly & big spacious house. Id definitely book again. The house was big, lots of space, it was so much space I could blow up the blow up bed in a closet. Lolllll!!!!! I've never been in a house where there is more then 2 bathrooms so we were very impressed!! Actually the house was so big we had 3 empty rooms.

The home was nice and clean! The home accommodated my large family! We had an amazing time! The only minor issue was not enough towels and the shower in one of the rooms kept backing up but other than that the stay was great. We enjoyed our stay with Rafael!

This is our 2nd stay at Michael's place, and we had the best time once again! It's like having your own private, hilltop resort with so many fun things to do inside and out that you never have to leave the house! And you can watch the most AMAZING sunsets 🌅 every night right from the backyard! Plus there are many thoughtful touches throughout the home for guests comfort and cute art and decore as well! And the hosts are extremely helpful and communicative! This is the best of the best 👌

The place was exactly what we were looking for, a peaceful home in the country yet close to the outdoor activities around Auburn. The home was immaculate, and had all the right touches. Really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Would definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in the area

Great stay! Was able to accommodate us EXTREMELY last minute for the canyons ultra marathon. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, easy to get in and out of, located by tons of restaurants and stores.

Alfonso's place was exactly as described and looked exactly like the photos. The house is HUGE, beautifully furnished, VERY clean, well laid out, and perfectly appointed. Alfonso was a wonderful host and was able to accommodate an early check in for us at the last minute. The beds are very comfortable, and the yard was great for our dog. Alfonso's place even had a bed and snacks for our pup! We enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood in the evenings. 10/10 would definitely recommend! This is one of the best places I have ever stayed with Airbnb!

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

We were here for a wedding and the location was great. Even better was spending Sunday recovering and watching Last of Us on the big TV screen! We got ourselves accidentally locked out and Angelo was super helpful in getting us sorted out. The place is very clean and well equipped and in a great location (measured by proximity to In-N-Out burger)

Chad was an excellent host and with his lovely home me and my old military buddies with all of our families were able to enjoy it. Very spacious and family friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Tyler was super responsive and thoughtful, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

The house ended up being perfect for what we needed and the backyard was so peaceful, and definetly what we needed !! The house was clean, the beds very comfortable and the linens were great! Every area was very clean and you could tell the owners took great care of their property! I will definetly come back if we come this way again. Sergey was great at responding and follow through.

This is the second time we stayed at this property while visiting Sacramento to see our daughter. We love playing pool so the pool table is always a big draw for us. If you like swimming, there’s a nice pool in the backyard. The location is very close to great restaurants and other activities in downtown Sacramento

This listing is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for a large family. The heated hot tub at night was perfect after a long day and was a great plus. We definitely had everything we needed and more. We would stay here again 100%
