Piscine et cours de tennis génial Grandes tables pour manger dehors Il y a assez de transats pour tout le monde On a passé un très bon moment dans cette très belle villa Il manque juste un grand four (il y a un mini four qui dépanne bien) et attention la machine à laver est dans une résidence à côté et payante (4€ la lessive)

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!

Stunning villa in a beautiful setting. Francesco gave excellent directions & the peace & tranquility out in the Tuscan countryside was wonderful. Vi var en familie på 11, de store soveværelsene med mange bad fungerte veldig bra. Mange oppholdsrom og plass til alle i spisestuen. Gammelt og interessant hus med nydelig utsikt dag og natt. Deilig pool-område. Godt utstyrt på kjøkkenet. Greit å komme seg til byen med buss. Må ta buss for å komme til en skikkelig matbutikk. God oppfølging og hjelp gjennom både bestillingsprosess og opphold fra vertens side. Vi hadde en flott uke i Villa Acacia. Kan anbefales

Wunderschönes Haus auf eine ganz wunderbare Art modern Style mit dem typischen toskanischen Style gemixt. Unbedingt auch Wanderungen rund um das Haus machen. Es ist einfach eine ganz wunderbare toskanische Gegend. Vielen Dank!

We had a great time in this villa, the acommodation, the pool and the whole surrounding gave enough space for a big group like ours. Everything around and in the house was very clean and well maintained. Only the additional paying of the electricity after a consumption of >100kWh was a bit weired ( - but it was clearly stated in the house rules and we already knew before booking), we didn’t have a problem with it we just didn‘t really understand, since 10+ People clearly use more than that amount. All in all it was very nice and enjoyable! We would certainly recommend to stay in this house and also come back any time. :)

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

If you are looking for authenric Tuscany experience this is it from the beautiful villa and the view to furnitue and other little details. It is secluded, paeceful and ful of character. You will love your stay here and Cesare is a great host.

The villa is gorgeous scenic experience with views of the Tuscan hills. We came in Winter so we couldn’t use the lovely pool but enjoyed a wine tasting just up the street at Tenuta Maria Teresa. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and we loved congregating in the living room to play games. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had what we needed. It was very private and tranquil location 12 minutes from Lucca. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and worked with us easily on check in and out times even letting us arrive early. It is typical in Italy to pay for heat consumption, came out to 226 euro for three days even when turning it low when gone for the day so just something to keep in mind as it is a large villa. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommend the location. We’d come back.

We had an excellent time staying at this family home with an amazing view of Torrita di Siena. Great access to many popular hill towns (Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc). The house and property are beautiful, very private and populated with song birds and olive trees. The hosts are charming and very welcoming. They provided us with all the recommendations we needed and were readily available whenever we wanted to communicate with them. The house is well appointed and has multiple ways to cook from gas range to pizza oven and wood fired grill. I really liked using the giant pinecones as fire starter. We would definitely return and hope to. Such a precious slice of paradise.

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

We had a marvelous stay at Villa Sestuccia. The house is spacious, as are the grounds. Both are well maintained. There is ample room with different areas to relax indoors and outside. We communicated with Briggita who was quick to respond, always friendly and always helpful. We particularly liked the location which has easy access to many spots of interest and restaurants. We enjoyed collecting eggs in the morning for our breakfast - such a fun touch. We highly recommend Villa Sestuccia and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Domizio’s place. The villa and the whole property is huge and magical with hidden rooms and spaces all around. Everything was a unique experience: from the entrance at the gate and passing through the park and gardens to jumping on your comfortable king bed with a private terrace. We are a big group of friends cooking a lot and having fun at the patio, the pace was perfect for that.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Die Villa war unglaublich, der Ausblick, die Möbel, die Zimmer und der Pool. Wir waren so glücklich, dort zu sein. Die Zimmer waren neu und sauber. Auf jedes Detail wurde geachtet. Christina war unglaublich hilfreiche und immer erreichbar. Ohne sie wären wir aufgeschmissen. Wir hatten leider öfter private Probleme und jedes Mal hat sie uns geholfen und uns Lösungen gebracht. Wir mich und meine Freunde war dieser Aufenthalt unvergesslich!

We traveled with a family of 8 and this rental was more than we could have dreamed of. There was plenty of space with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The grounds were luxurious, and we ordered the grocery service, so the kitchen accommodations were wonderful for breakfast and coffee. We enjoyed the welcome cocktail and evening pizza service as well. The host was extremely responsive to every request and helped us significantly with taxi service as well. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time! Thank you so much.

Haus, Lage: direkt am Meer, traumhafte Aussicht, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, grosses Haus mit besonderer Architektur bietet viel Raum und Privatsphäre, ideal für eine grosse Familie. Verschiedene Garten- Terrassenzonen. Alles sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Camilla ist eine sehr herzliche und kompetente Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Barbara was gracious and great to work with. The house was charming and just as great as it looks on the listing. The property and grounds are amazing. The town nearby was fun to visit with everything you need and lots to see. You are also in easy driving range of the other main Tuscany towns. A great place for a large group! Loved the outdoor space and view. A truly beautiful home. An overall great stay. Tentative manager. Pros: - Spacious house - Many rooms - Outdoor space - Games/kids supplies - Charging Adapters - Washer & Dryer - Many bathrooms Cons: - Not a self check-in. It was stressful coordinating with the manager while trying to travel and coordinate with our large group. - Hot tub wasn’t clear on how to heat and we would have loved to have it full and warm for arrival after a long travel day for us and the kids. - Downstairs bed was very firm. - We didn’t have enough dishwasher pods, toilet paper or paper towels for our group so we had to buy some. I feel that should be included.

We had a truly excellent holiday cooking, playing tennis, and exploring nearby towns. Our hosts were very attentive via text and in person, and helped us plan all of the additional activities we wished. Our group would unanimously return, given the chance. Highly recommend!
