The house is an Eco-house with all facilities, solar cells for electricity and an instant gas water heater for warm water. Star-link high speed internet. Bedroom for 2, well equipped kitchenette/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Hotel standard. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Apartman Stina is a brend new studio apartment, situated on island Hvar in peaceful small town Sveta Nedelja, 39 km from Hvar. Beach is just in front of the apartment. It offers a big garden, barbecue facilities and a terrace with astonishing sea view. The apartment is located on the ground floor under terrace and garden and has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and a stovetop.
