Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. Arrival at the destination: take the exit "Dugno" from the main street, then take the second street on the right and the house is second one on the right. House in Povile is approx 100 m from natural beach to which leads nice pathway surrounded local vegetation . From apartment You can enjoy a nice Sea View while having a meal or just hanging out on the terrace. Location is nice and quiet, excellent for relaxation. Parking is free and always available.
