Great spot in Dollar Point. The house is exactly as pictured and described. Very cozy and the kitchen was very well-stocked which was a nice surprise! Everything worked well -- the hot tub, fireplace, etc. Lots of games and puzzles which was a nice touch. Very comfy beds. Very dog friendly but also spotless. Many thanks!

Great place to gather with family and friends. The house was well equipped and kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit on the smaller side but the common areas are spacious and cozy. The house has just amazing views of Lake Tahoe. We absolutely enjoyed staying here.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is in a great location for skiing at Palisades only 10-20mins drive and is also close to restaurants in the Tahoe city. It’s spacious, warm, cozy, and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cookware and tableware, making meal prep easy. The WiFi is fast, and the hot water supply is excellent, making showers very enjoyable after a long day on the slopes. Also super easy to check in and out. Overall, a wonderful stay—we’d love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The convenience of the shuttle picking us up right out front was fantastic. Plus, the cleanliness of the place was impressive.

We came to Reno for our Nephews wedding. We had a wonderful 4 nights in our rental. We did bring our dog and my mother in law. Knowing that we were going into a rental that allows pets we were ready for it to be a little dirty and maybe dog hair around….. but that was not the case. This place was clean clean clean!! The location was perfect for everything Reno. We even got parking every time on the street right in front of the rental. Even though we had a designated parking for the spot it was great to have options. The place was very sound proof. We couldn’t hear people down stairs or the rooms next to each other and even outside noise. Plenty of room in the rental and all necessary amenities. We would stay here again for sure!!

Yes it was an amazing place to stay. We felt at home. The shower was amazing because it was a bit cold outside and after hiking all we wanted was a hot shower. Shamus did an amazing Job with checking in via the app to ask if we needed anything during our stay and it was much appreciated 😁. We never got cold during our stay whether the heater was on or not. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a hidden gem! This place was even better than expected—just as described and had everything you could possibly think of. Super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The host was amazing—communicative, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll absolutely be regulars from now on. Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Designated parking spot, clear communication and the room was great- cozy, clean and included thoughtful accessories. We were within walkable distance to the lake, shops and restaurants.

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The place is cozy, comfortable, and family-friendly, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s also conveniently located near to South Lake Tahoe city and getaways. Michael is a fantastic host, very responsible and always available to help.

The place was nice. Very nice. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was extraordinarily well stocked with appliances, spices, equipment, and everything. The best rental home we’ve stayed at in that regard. We watched a movie in the theater room. The layout of the bedrooms was a bit of a maze, but that was the only “complaint“ I can even think of and after settling in it was never a concern for us.

Great place right near Nevada beach for a last minute getaway. Was convenient to get to Safeway across the road.

Beautiful home with lots of natural light and views of the surrounding hills. Beds were comfortable and owners were welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Home was easy to find and perfectly located. House was a bit chilly but once we figured out the heat it was more comfortable. Whenever we had an issue RnR was very responsive. We would love to come back in the warmer months and would definitely consider staying at Lakeland Village again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. I really enjoyed the openness of the living room and kitchen area. I also really enjoyed the patio and the hot tub. I really liked the comforter set I got to sleep with. Overall It was a great place to stay! I highly recommend it!

Great location. The two bedroom suite was very comfortable and spacious. Very nice having 2 bathrooms as well. The indoor pool was great, as were the multiple hot tubs. Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone.
