Ho trascorso qualche giorno nella casa di Gabriele insieme alla mia famiglia (4 adulti e 2 bambini). Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole, l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto, è completo di tutto e molto pulito. Saragano è un posto magico immerso nelle colline dell'Umbria e centrale rispetto alle principali mete. Data la posizione, è indispensabile l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Lo consiglio vivamente!

La Casa di Carla e Patrizia è un vero casale da sogno. Se chiudete gli occhi e provate ad immaginare un casale in Umbria immaginerete proprio questo fantastico Casale! Rústico ma ricercato. Elementi etnici uniti a fantastici dettagli del centro italia. Libri ovunque che riscaldano l’ambiente e raccontano la storia del casale e della sua famiglia. Ci siamo emozionatu. Godersi una bella lettura nella veranda al calduccio e con una bella bevanda hot (un gin tonic o una tisana ai FINOCCHI, cambia poco) è davvero impagabile. La vista fa venire gli occhi lucidi. C’è un po’ di strada da fare per arrivare nei borghi vicini (Narni, Stifone etc) ma prendetela come un’opportunità per godervi la bellissima campagna umbra. Si tratta di una casa in campagna che può richiedere manutenzione durante il soggiorno, ma Patrizia (e immaginiamo anche Carla anche se non l’abbiamo conosciuta di persona) sono gentili e disponibili e faranno di tutto per aiutarvi. Ottimo il ristorante monte del grano 1969

Nous avons passé des jours très agréables à l'appartement de Paola. C'est propre, fonctionnel, bien situé près d'un minimarket et surtout du minimétro de Perugia qui est une merveille. Les communications étaient faciles et Paola, très disponible. Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Si nous retournions à Perugia, nous louerions au même endroit.

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Un grand merci à Maria-Letizia pour son accueil chaleureux et sa communication hyper réactive ! Son appartement est très joliment décoré, doté d’équipements modernes, très calme avec une jolie vue sur la campagne environnante et idéalement situé, dans une maison médiévale toute en pierres et permettant d’accéder à pieds à un excellent restaurant (hôtel/restaurant La Rocca) bon marché (situé à 2 pas) et à tous les lieux de visite de la très jolie ville d’Assise. Je recommande à 100 %

Grazie a Pietro e sua moglie che ci hanno accolti in questa splendida casa sulle colline Umbre. La struttura è ben tenuta e curata. La Spa da provare e il paesaggio incredibile. La zona è ottimale perché centrale per raggiungere facilmente diverse città. Grazie ancora

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

This was my favorite part of my trip to Italy. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. The beauty of this estate villa was amazing! The hosts felt like old friends right away. I feel so lucky to have the memories of my time here. I know exactly why other guests return year after year!!

L'alloggio di Francesco è comodo, spazioso e pulito. La posizione è ottima, si è in centro città ad un passo da tutti i monumenti, le stanze sono pulite, ben organizzate e attrezzate con tutto il necessario. Francesco è stato un host meraviglioso, sempre super tempestivo a rispondere e disponibile ad aiutarci. Speriamo di avere altre occasioni di alloggiare presso la sua meravigliosa dependance Minerva!

Piccolo appartamento in contesto meraviglioso, con vista sulle colline intorno ad Assisi e piscina che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare perché ancora freddo. Interni come da foto, bagno un po’ piccino ma completo di tutto e tutto nuovo compresi gli arredamenti della camera da letto e la cucina. Ottimo il riscaldamento autonomo visti i giorni di pioggia e umido. Roberta host presente e reattiva, ci ha consigliato ristoranti della zona e risolto un piccolo problema in pochissimo tempo. Lo consiglio per chi desidera un posto tranquillo fuori dal paese, e con i borghi umbri intorno ad Assisi a portata di mano! Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Nous avons passé une semaine au paradis chez Jacopo. Le logement se trouve en bas de la maison familiale, dans laquelle vit encore la nonna. Les espaces extérieurs sont également partagés avec un autre airbnb à côté. Toutefois, chacun a son espace et la cohabitation est harmonieuse. L’appartement n’est pas luxueux (la douche un peu petite) mais l’endroit vaut clairement le détour si vous souhaitez passer quelques jours dans le coin. Le décor est idyllique et les espaces extérieurs (piscine, barbecue, terrasses) font le charme du lieu. Sans oublier que Stefano, le père de Jacopo, qui s’occupe du logement, est particulièrement aimable. En bref, nous ne pouvons que vous recommander ce logement pour profiter du soleil toscan, à l’écart de la foule.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marzia's place. The house was cosy and the area was breathtaking. Marzia is very friendly and communicates smoothly. She also likes to give extra information about the things you can do in the nearby villages. Thanks for the lovely stay. The Belgium girls

We had a fantastic time in Pietro's. The location was blissful, set in the rolling hills of Umbria. The place was sqeeky clean and very comfortable. In spite of our late arrival, Maurizio, Ines and Piero were very pacient and helpful which made our stay a real joy. Thank you for everything.

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad met vrienden in Tarano. De communicatie liep vlot, het huis was in orde, de airco was een pluspunt en het zwembad was zeer aangenaam. 1 klein minpunt: er zijn geen parasols aanwezig zoals zichtbaar op de foto’s. Zeker een aanrader om hier te vertoeven.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

The house is lovely and it makes you feel at home right away. The views are spectacular. The only „problem“ are the loud birds - absolutely stunning nature. Paola and William who manage the house with loving care were most attentive. The asked regularly how we were doing and if we needed anything. Both check-in and check-out were in person and we very much appreciated the hospitality of Paula and William. As for the road, our BMW e-vehicle had no issues, even at the two days when it rained. We hope we will get the chance to spend time again in this beautiful charming house. Thank you!

I took three kids to Roberta and Vania's house and it is just perfect. Close to San Severino but also perfectly placed to go exploring in the immediate area. The house itself is wonderful and the pool kept the kids busy! Very relaxing and could not recommend enough. Vania and Roberta were always contactable and are so kind and friendly. A super experience all round. Thank you!

Veerle's place is truly spectacular. It beautifully combines the charm of a traditional Umbrian country house—with vaulted ceilings and a grand fireplace—with functional spaces that cater to all your needs. We stayed in the house during winter, and I can only imagine how stunning and peaceful it must be in the warmer months when the pool is open. The house is easily accessible via an asphalt road, and shops and convenience stores are just a short drive away. We strongly recommend this place and we will be back!
