This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Our holiday home Zrincy is located in Srinjine near Split (approx. 15km). The house consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. Kitchen and living room areas and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. With interior space, guests have access to the entire yard with a swimming heated pool, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and hot tub. We also have private parking. House if fully fenced and provides full privacy. We are pet friendly and the entire facility is for you during your stay!

This spacious holiday home which is surrounded by untouched nature has on the ground floor the living and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with its own bathroom, fitness, and an additional toilet. From the rich equipped ground floor you can reach the courtyard with BBQ and swimming pool, immersed in green. Upstairs there is another kitchen and living room as well as another four bedrooms, two of which are with sea-view and there are another 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a massage tub.

While relaxing in our swimming pool or jacuzzi and drinking some coctail you will surely be amazed by the magical lights of the city of Split or the islands of Brac, Šolta, Hvar, Vis together with the stars above you during the night.

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊
