We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, beds comfortable had all what we needed to make our stay a memory we will always cherish. We were greeted with a lovely note, snacks and a bottle of wine that took the edge off of driving on 95. We will definitely choose these accommodations in the future and we highly recommend anyone needing a place to stay in the northern Virginia area.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Melinda made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and taking care from start to finish. We loved staying in Melinda's home so much we booked it again the following week. If you want the comfort of home and in a perfect location I would definitely recommend this house!!

We were guests for my son’s graduation from OCS in Quantico. Perfect location. Minutes to 95N. Peaceful with tons of space. Family and friends met up from four states. We cooked a ton. We’re able to get us all around the dining table, move about the kitchen, relax in the living room and spread out during quiet time. Absolutely fantastic stay! Manny helped us out when we needed him and was super responsive and kind. We had the best time and this house made it all possible. Thank you!

This is a fantastic Airbnb and Hunter is a great host. Communication and responsiveness were excellent and Hunter was very helpful throughout. The location is beautiful with lots of wildlife and some amazing eagles and hawks to watch and many deer. The house is fantastic and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Great and well stocked kitchen, a very comfortable great room, and plenty of rooms in each of the bedrooms and very pretty and secluded grounds looking out over Acquia Creek. We rented the home for a graduation ceremony at the Quantico Marine Base which is very close. We had a great time and were very happy with Hunter's place. I would highly recommend this spot to any size group! 5 Stars!

We loved the quiet neighborhood. The house it just a block away from the civil war cemetery park which was a great place to walk. We had everything we needed. I recommend this house and would book again.

The house was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen could use a few more bowls and pans for cooking. The deck outside needs work. There were many boards that were rotted and needed fixing. We sat out in the yard which was surprisingly private for being located next to a main road.

We love all the amenities of the Airbnb! The host is also very responsive! Would love to come back again!

Great place. Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, close enough to shopping, restaurants and sites. Would definitely recommend.

The place was great and in a great location. We loved everything about the apartment however did have a few issues with some of the "rules". This is the only place I've ever rented that I've been told if anyone else comes into the place other than my wife and myself we would result in "immediate eviction". We were in town for a wedding for my niece and her and her fiance wanted to stop by and visit. I found it asinine that I had to tell her sorry you can't come in or I will be evicted. They have a beautiful private roof top with patio seating for 5, however no one else can visit. We were also going to arrive 30 minutes prior to check in by an Uber and had 2 large suitcases along with 2 other bags and a suit bag and asked if we could check in early and her response was yes but we would have to pay the $50 early check in fee. I would think that we would atleast be able to drop our bags so we wouldn't have to drag them around the streets. Other than that, no issues.

Stayed with my husband, 17 year old l, and 12 year old. The beds were perfect in the spare room and I always travel with an extension cord which helped with electronics and charging in the spare room( not needed there were outlets, but was helpful). Perfect place to unwind after long days of walking and visiting the zoo and DC area. Amy was available when I reached out for local recommendations and expressed that she had extra info in the master bedroom. This location met all my expectations for cooking, relaxing, and safety. Most Airbnb’s look comfortable but don’t accommodate our family for relaxation so I was looking specifically for a sectional to watch movies or tv together and this space provided this and much more; really was comforting and felt home like. We cuddled up, I made some tea, and the view was amazing. Thank you both! We will definitely return next time we visit DC.

This is a fabulous place! Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of natural light with windows looking out on a beautifully maintained backyard with lots of flowering plants. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, if you plan to cook. Plenty of closet and storage space. The Metro is a short walk away so commuting is a breeze. A variety of restaurants within walking distance and Target & Giant just down the street. Anne is the perfect host - gracious, friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived - even had a pot of herbal tea ready when we checked in and brought us a jar of mulled wine on a rainy evening. I will definitely book Anne's place for my next trip to D.C.

A light and spacious room with large bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchenette alcove is supplied with beverage basics, microwave and small fridge. Positioned at the back of the main house with a deck looking out over leafy trees and the quiet parking area. Supermarket and restaurants close by and easily walkable. Area felt safe. Would definitely stay again.

It's no surprise why this listing is always booked. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the airport with lots of dogs, this property is insanely cute. This is an amazing place for solo travelers or couples. It was a perfect place to spend the weekend. If its available for the dates of your travel I would highly recommend booking here.

We had a wonderful stay at Enchanted in Alexandria! The space was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived. Becky was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of our favorite features was the garden area – so peaceful and charming, and the fire pit made it even more special. If we’re ever in the DC area again, we’ll definitely be booking Enchanted without hesitation. Highly recommend!

We found this place on a last minute decision stop to Washington DC The location is very calm and decorated with a lot of taste. Every single detail was thought about, from the snacks and water ready for our (really) late arrival, the wall light in the bathroom to find it better at night, the perfect balance in between the choice of colors and materials. Everything is here to make you feel right at home Lena was nothing but kind and helpfull, with an eye for details. All the informations and recommendations were on point The place was spotless and really well organised Thanks again for the perfect stay !

Uche’s penthouse apartment was spectacular! The bedrooms were clean and cozy, the kitchen and living room were spotless and upscale. Large bathrooms with amenities. The patio outside was relaxing and offered sweet views of prime downtown Alexandria. Many shops in walking distance and a gorgeous stained glass church window and antique bell right off the balcony. Loved the little gifts to make it personal and the Nespresso machine! Stayed here while going to a show at MGM Grand Theater, everything was excellent. Worth the value for sure. Stay here, you will love it!

Fantastic stay. Place was immaculate and William has thought of absolutely everything. Plenty of coffee, bottled water, wine, plenty of towels, soap etc. His place is laid out well too. Walking distance to town. Amenities were plenty. We loved this apt and hope to be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed William.

Host Joanne was extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay. The view from the balcony was a beautiful surprise. If staying in Alexandria or the D.C. area, this location is perfect. The apartment was super clean and organized. My wife and I had a great stay and would highly recommend this host to all. DS

Beautiful location, up the hill from the water! Great fishing and easy to get around the local area! House was spotless and smelled clean when we walked in. Bed was comfortable! They've thought of everything! Will visit again!

We stayed here while visiting Washington DC. It was a peaceful place to retire to after a day in the busy city. Peaceful and safe residential condo area. Internet worked great, and was cozy. We thought it was a great value for the location. We drove to and parked at the Dunn Loring Metro station for trips into the city..

Would definitely stay here again! There is a 24/7 concierge and hot chocolate bar (seasonal) upon walk in to the lobby. The decor and ambiance are elegant, and the room matched the theme. The suite was massive, well furnished, and better than advertised. It was comfortable and clean. It’s also very conveniently located next to the King St metro stop. I had an exceptional experience at this location, and highly recommend this host.

I've stayed in a few different places in Occoquan, which I adore!! This one is by far my favorite for the location and it really is a great value!!

Sam’s place was beautiful! The bunk room was our little guys favorite and thought he was a big boy sleeping in the beds. The condo had everything we needed! Sam was so helpful in providing us with restaurant ideas and best places to boat/wakeboard on the lake! They had a boat slip we could use to dock our boat for the weekend with a short walk back to the condo. We enjoyed our time so much we didn’t want to leave. We hope to be back next summer!
